    American Granite & Marble
Worked well with us through the many appointments and reschedules we had. Did a quality job on the installation. They minimized the number of seams and the seams that do exist are barely visible. Provided good advice to prevent us from making uninformed decisions.

    Parker's Workshop
Angies list review of Parkers Workshop Allen parker is a delight to work with. We have used his company for three major projects in our home since 2014. The level of expertise and care he provides us is extraordinary. He goes the extra mile for us in regards to dust control and clean up, knowing our need as we are a growing family with babies in the home ever since we started working with him. We trust his workers completely, even leaving them in our home as we go away for the duration of the demos. Allen is a perfectionist and really goes over his work with a fine toothed comb. Another amazing thing he does is stays in frequent contact with the home owner during the entire planning and building process, followed by a follow up session a few weeks later to make sure the home owner is completely happy. He uses good design input as well as functionality.

    Granite Marble Products Inc
All I can say for this company and their lousy work is NEVER AGAIN. The project was simple. I pulled off 3 wood tops to my half walls and gave the pieces to Granite Marble Products. Then I picked out my granite. All they had to do was cut three small granite pieces in the same shape as the wood pieces I provided to them. The granite pieces they brought me were not the same measurements. One of them wouldn't even fit into place. I don't know how I could have made this project any easier for them. I had to get my contractor to disguise their mistakes with some wood trim pieces to make it all work. Like I said, never again with this company.

We hired G4L to install granite countertops for us. We gave them a deposit they requested up front. Here are the bullet points: - the seam was cut in the wrong place, they were unwilling to take blame - said we didn't even discuss where we wanted the seam, not true - one of the owners was very rude on the phone - they chose to pull the job because they weren't willing to make it right without us paying for the new piece - in speaking with my wife on the phone, she told my wife i was impossible to work with - I overheard the owner speaking with an employee on the phone saying I was f'ing ridiculous - one of the owners(one from phone conversations) came to my house demanding the granite that was on our cabinets(half the order) - I let the owner know that once I had my money I would let the employees in to get the stone - the owner didn't understand why it had to be that way and I said because I don't trust you - once she finally handed me the cash, it wasn't the entire deposit - of course - finally got the full deposit and they left with their stone - the owner was not allowed in my house It seems as long as everything falls into place for the owners, the job goes well. However, if they make a mistake, watch out. Mistakes happen and you have to be willing to take care of the people that trust you with their money and property.

    Asua's Painting and Repair
John Marcus Asua and Tricia Harding, ran off with $1300 of my money. I have tried to contact them and keep getting the run around. February 05, 2018 we signed an agreement for you to install granite countertops in my kitchen and I paid you $1300.00. I wrote a check #7326 for (per your request) to according to you your wife, Tricia Hardin in the amount of $1100.00 and I gave you $200.00 cash, to be installed February 08, 2018. They have text a few times with a promise to refund my money but on the day, I never hear from them.

They we responsive, professional and overall it was a great experience. Their Sales guy Mark was very informative and no pressure. Since we were keeping our existing metal cabinets and that posed a couple of issues. There laser leveling machine didn't like the reflection the cabinets created also the sink that we used was a bit tight and we have to make some modifications to the cabinet and doors under the sink. Both issues were handled and we were very happy with the results. We also swapped out our electric cook top for a gas one and they handled that well and even recommended a plumber to handle the sink and gas line install.

Not great. Workers were here a little too long and made a big mess. My cabinet had to be recut when initially I was told it wouldnt. It took 3 weeks to get the cabinet doors back. No salesperson has followed up at all.

    Turk Tile and Stone
Totally unprofessional. Total disaster. I kicked these crooks out of my house half way through the job and took Chase Turk to court. He has not paid me what he owes from our court case. Chase Turk and his crew do not have any sort of contractor or home improvement licenses. Check with the State of Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors disciplinary actions reports for May 2017 to see Turk Tile's unlicensed civil penalty fines.

Very well. A few mistakes were made. However, each was corrected. We did not notice on of the mistakes, but Cash did, called it to our attention, and fixed it. He was always responsive and exceeding honest.
