    I recommend Olde Town Painting very highly. Olde Town is EXCELLENT! In the Fall they replaced rotten wood and siding on the outside of our home. Our home looks great! Everyone who works with Mr. Vanover did a fantastic job, cleaned up everyday after they completed work and made sure we were happy with each step of our exterior project. Mr. Vanover and his people are great to work with. We were so pleased with Olde Town Painting and the work that was done on the outside of our home, that the chose them to do work on the interior of home, as well. Once again, each step of the way - Mr. Vanover made certain we were happy with the work that was done and everyday they cleaned up until the project was completed. Mr. Vanover made sure that we were treated with kindness and respect. He and those who work for him understand the importance of customer service. I am very grateful that we chose Olde Town Painting. We would recommend them highly to anyone who needs work done - exterior or interior - to improve the value of your home.

    Olde Town Interior Exterior Painting & Repair
    We met with Richard 3 times before accepting his bid. He promised quality work, punctuality, professionalism and expediency (siding repairs and house painted by Christmas). He gave us a VERY detailed outline of every board that would be replaced and how trim would be rebuilt, priming of boards before installing and house painting needs. Richard's project manager, David, asked us to order siding and have it delivered which we did on Monday, 12/10/18. As we were getting into this project at the beginning of winter, warm, non-rainy days were a precious commodity. The wood sat on our driveway for 3 good weather days before the rain set in. No one came to work on the project except to cover the siding with plastic. The following week the weather was good off and on. David and his team of workers would show up anywhere between 9 and 10:30 am and leave around 2:30 - 3:00 missing several hours of good weather. We had few days of good weather so taking advantage of each hour was important. The following week this again went on. Showing up later than they said they would arrive and leaving with at least a couple of hours of sun left. After the third week of this, along with the work being low quality, we fired this company. The entire time this work was being done, my husband supervised the work. Not because he's a micro-manager but because the work was not being done as Richard and we discussed and Richard promised. Richard was no where around during the project. He was out of town. My husband called him several times and asked that he come see the quality of work being performed. Finally at the end of the second week he showed up. My husband has the option of working from home some days. Thankfully he could do that those 3 weeks otherwise there would have been more disasters than there are. We are hiring another company to complete the job and they will have to redo some of the work Richard's company performed. Siding was put on uneven and not flush to the house. They left an end of our house open for several days allowing roof rats to enter. They tacked up flimsy plastic sheeting that blew off during each storms Finally my husband went out and bought durable plastic for them to staple on that would withstand the rain. They would prime some boards and then not prime others. There was no consistency. They installed the siding the wrong direction on our dormers and it had to all be removed and reinstalled requiring us to buy more siding. Unfortunately, we paid them $1000 each week except the last. The day following their firing, one of the workers showed up at our house because he hadn't been told they were fired. He asked my husband if he had made a payment on the completed work because he hadn't been paid in 3 weeks. I know for a fact David got paid because the bank called me each time he showed up to cash the check we wrote him. My suggestions is to run from this company! Don't walk!

    Set an appointment with Matt for an estimate on repairs at a house I own in Memphis. Set the appointment on a monday for that wednesday at 4:30. He asked me to text him my address and I said I would call him wednesday prior to the appointment to confirm. I called him on wednesday ,he said he was just leaving another customer's place , but that I had forgotten to text him my address . I said no problem, I would give it to him then. He then hesitated and then said he wouldn't make it before I even gave my address to him ,despite his knowing in which general neighborhood he needed to be, as per our conversation monday. Did not give me a reason . When I asked , he mumbled something about just leaving a customer's place . I think he just didn't feel like doing the work. My time is valuable and I am very busy .In fact, I flew in from out of state to take care of business on this house . I try not to waste my time or other's time and do what I say I will ..general grown up professional respectful stuff . Then he says he could come out the next day at 4. I thought that not having my address texted to him as opposed to just giving it to him then was not a valid reason to cancel . As I've said ,he knew my general neighborhood from our conversation monday and understood where he would need to be and when regardless. Gave it another chance anyway ,changed the appointment to the next day at 4. Texted the address as soon as we hung up confirming date/time as discussed. He never showed up ,never responded to my texts or answered the phone . His name is Matt .He is unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful .A complete waste of a week of my time trying to set up an estimate. It gives me a pretty good idea about the issues I would have had if I had hired them and this is a very lengthy expensive project . I would never recommend a company with this kind of service,or lack of it.

    They were awesome. Even though huge storm rolled in town they still managed to fit me in there busy schedule in a timely manner. A busy contractor is a excellent contractor. The guys were very knowledgeable and explained the process when asked. They showed up on time and worked two full days. Mr Easley and Paul stopped by several times to check the progress and they were fantastic. I would highly recommend Easley Contractors.

    Not great. Workers were here a little too long and made a big mess. My cabinet had to be recut when initially I was told it wouldn���t. It took 3 weeks to get the cabinet doors back. No salesperson has followed up at all.

    Todd lied to Bartlett, TN permit office to obtain a permit in the amount of $2,950.00 when the actual work was $40,950.00. He was also dishonest with us when he took every payment from us and did not apply them to HVAC, Electric, and Plumbing/Gas. To date of, Dec. 19, 2017, he still owes HVAC over $7,000, Electric and Plumbing/Gas over $12,000. Due to him not being a licensed and insured contractor, another lie from him, my family has incurred an additional expense of $10,100.00 to complete the work he was contracted to complete and did not. I would never hire him again.

    Curb Appeal Custom Painting
    Don't waste your time. It took me several calls to get Steve to come out to my house for an estimate on an exterior paint job. He estimate was fair, and I was in agreement. But then he never followed up with a written estimate. ALWAYS get a written estimate. This despite messages and several calls from me to him (actual conversations by phone, not just voice mail phone tag.) I told him the amount was fine, and to put me on his work schedule. No word back. Just wasted my time and now I've got to start all over.

    DRI Contractors did an excellent job overall. Crew arrived on time or earlier every day, worked during what was probably the hottest week of the summer, and finished in fewer days than Thomas had estimated. Thomas was on the job quite a bit, but when he wasn't, his crew knew exactly what to do without his supervision and didn't waste time. All were very careful to avoid injuring any garden plants. All were very courteous and friendly. They hauled all the old fence and bad gutters off, cleaned out and replaced the still-good gutters; excellent and thorough cleanup. I'd decided to use DRI Contractors after they'd done so well on an earlier, smaller project replacing three sections of bad fence. I'll probably have to replace my 25 year old wood deck next spring and Thomas Holcomb/DRI Contractors will be the first company I call. I highly recommend them.

    Parker's Workshop
    The repair crew showed up two days after I first contacted Parker's Workshop and went to work at 9:30 a.m. By 1:30 p.m., the work was completed, including a trip to a lumber supplier to buy siding and trim board. (I supplied the paint which was left over from the last exterior paint job, so everything matched perfectly). The crew cleaned up completely and when it was done everything looked like new. The price seemed a little steep, but the soffit it is on the second floor and required some ladder work, which is something I was not prepared to do on my own. It was worth it to have the job done properly, including replacement of the damaged siding and trim board (which I had not been aware of when I made the initial call). The crew was obviously very professional and knew what they were doing.

    Richard responded quickly, provided a detailed analysis of the work that needed to be done and the price that he would charge. He emphasized that the price quoted would be the one I paid, regardless of any additional work that might be discovered or that needed to be accomplished. The work crew was polite, professional and highly competent. When a roof leak was discovered in a soffit and I didn't have the time to address the issue, Richard arranged to have a roofer fix the problem for me so his crew could continue their work. Richard was there on a daily basis inspecting the work and directing re-accomplishment where it was necessary. Richard provides an estimate of labor and will purchase required supplies and provide you with the bill for reimbursement. This outfit is on my list of persons that I trust to work on my home and that I recommend highly.
