  • Jeff was great. He was able to totally relief the pain from my neck to the arm area. He explained how the nerves in the neck can radiate pain down the arm. Whatever he did, it helped. So nice to be pain free.

  • I was able to see Olga.  Very professional.  She was very good about asking what my issues were and asked about the pressure I like.  Throughout the massage, she periodically asked if the pressure was okay.
I was delighted with the results.  Felt so relaxed afterwards and it broke my headache cycle.
    Would definitely recommend Olga.
Only negative is the parking space is a bit limited.

  • The person who gave me my massage was professional and talented--everything I could have wanted in a massage therapist. It was obvious that the receptionist had listened to my requirements and matched me with exactly the right therapist. Unfortunately, the therapist moved to a different state after I received three massages, and I haven't tried any of their other therapists. However, I would certainly recommend Sacred Rhythms as they are serious about providing a good therapeutic massage experience.
The reason I didn't give a total "A" rating is because the waiting room is somewhat cramped and unwelcoming. Otherwise, a great provider.

  • She's a great massage therapist. She's awesome. She does excellent feet massage. She uses a lot of great pressure. She's constantly attuned to the customer, if you need it lighter or heavier. She's very customized. I would tell others to absolutely go to her. I've bought many gift certificates for people to go to her because I think she's so fantastic.

  • this business requires you to sign a one year contract in order to get a discounted cost for massage services. When I made my first appointment I was told I needed to secure this with a credit card which I did. I had to cancel the appointment because of medical reasons.

A month later I saw a charge to the business on my credit card. I called them for an explanation and found out that they had submitted payment for a total of two months. They reversed the charges. In my opinion this is shoddy management - the charges should never have occurred in the first place.

  • When I made my appointment I explained that I had to bring my own lotion and sheets due to allergies. I was assured that this would be no problem. the night before my appointment, they called to say that bringing my own lotion was okay but I had to use their sheets which "should be good enough for me". During this phone call it was obvious that three of the massage therapists were talking about this. I think this was unprofessional in every sense. I told them that they had effectively cancelled the appointment

  • I will usually get a massage there or a reflexology treatment. I've been a member there for about five years, ever since they first opened. I recommend them to lots of people. They're awesome. You can get any kind of treatment there, whether it's a sports related injury or just a general relaxation massage. Their services are real diverse and accommodating. Their availability is great. They're open in the evenings and seven days a week. Their office and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've always been very happy with them. You get a discount on the price if you're a monthly member and it's a very reasonable price. They always give you a call to remind you of your appointment time. They have real good customer service.

  • Both were done by different people. The foot massager was more educated in foot dynamics. Everything was done professional and privacy respected. They listened to me about my body aches and were attentive to them during the massage.

  • Both therapists were experienced professionals who provided services customized to meet my needs. I went in with a blazing headache and left completely relaxed and pain-free. I have had massages there before with a different massage therapist, but she moved to another state so this was my first massage with this therapist. The receptionist did a great job setting me up with therapist who used similar techniques.

I also like the atmosphere of Sacred Rhythms. You enter an office building, take the elevator upstairs, walk around a corner, and enter a peaceful, relaxing environment.

  • Melanie was very pleasant and the massage helped quite a bit. I'm going back again. The music was OK (spa music, eh, whatever) and the table heater was good. Melanie's technique was good and if something was "too much" I would just let her know and she adjusted to my comfort level.
The ONLY negative thing about Renu is that it's not that well heated. It's chilly in there. Luckily the table itself was warm, but getting dressed again after the massage was a rather brisk experience.
Nice folks, good location, easy parking, reasonable rates.
