(2) The handyman who came to do the job was Jesse Morris. - Jesse was skilled and knowledgeable. I was impressed with Jesse's ability to perform various troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance that I needed in my home. (3) Jesse listened to my needs, and was honest & friendly with me. AThe guys did an excellent job! Fast, neat, piled wood nicely, and used leaf blower to clean up area...entire lawn too. Even saw them cleaning up neighbor's yard where some wood shavings dropped. Asked for some cut boards and were happy to comply. Respectful young men. Talked about next year planting line of evergreen trees in back yard. Very happy with work!

APablo was so professional and so kind. He was able to finish the project within three days and it gave us plenty of time to get moved in. The work done was so beautiful and he was so respectful of the house. I loved that I could trust him and his coworkers to be in our house and lock up every night. Pablo would also call me every night and to let us know he was done for the day and that the house was locked. He was also so flexible when I added a few extra rooms - the price was also very fair. Will definitely hire again.

FThe review giving them an F from 1/24/20 is 100% accurate. After we canceled their service for 2019 (we just wanted to move on), they kept calling. I'd see their number come up on my screen ALL THE TIME! I finally answered and told them to take me off their list. Then last fall, the calls started again. I couldn't believe it. I, in no uncertain terms, told them to remove me from their list and stop calling. Well, guess who called me today (7/31/20)? You guessed it. I'm writing the Better Business Bureau next. It's just too much.

DHaight's Mobile MaintenanceHad my lawn mower turned up this past spring. After using it three/four times, it then would not start. I called and asked if someone could look at it right away. They said I would have to wait 10-14 days. In other words, I had again go to the back of the line. AMad City Small EnginesOwen came to the house, checked the mower with me. Asked if I wanted him to take it apart to ascertain the actual failure and repairability. He took it home, disassembled the engine, and discovered that the connecting rod had broken. This is a terminal failure, and (economically) unrepairable. I asked him what it would cost for his time & effort, was given a quotation, and paid it on the spot. Serious young man who understands what he's doing.- Katherine R.

ABaker Mower Repair LLCRepaired drive wheels. Gave options to choose from based on least expensive to most expensive. Gave expert advice on the repairs based on age of mower. Went the least expensive route as mower is over 10 years old & other things will start to go wrong or break. Kevin was upfront with what could be done.
