  • I love GHC! I love that appointments never feel rushed. The doctors always take time to ask me if I have any questions. They answer my questions honestly, even when that means that they will have to look something up while I am in the room (I ask tough questions!). They always treat me with so much respect instead of talking down to me like other physicians have in the past. Also, the billing is absolutely easy, no hassles whatsoever. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Dr Witte is my primary care provider and I can't recommend her enough!

  • The man is nothing but customer service. He is so good with his clients. My husband recently passed away and Tadd, the owner of the pharmacy, came to our house at 10:00 on a Sunday night to bring medication that my husband had ordered. He is just over and above, always. He always beats everybody's price.

  • The eye doctor was great but I don?t know his name. My wife has taken yoga classes there before and the teacher was very, very good. They offer alternative medicine as well as regular Western medicine, which is good, because we think that?s a nice mix so people can remain healthy and they?re not just focused on treating you after you get sick. So, we appreciate that about the clinic.

  • A lot of the services are available through them. I love my health insurance. They're great. They get me into appointments quickly. They offer a lot of complimentary health features like massage therapy. I get $100 if I join a community that supported the agricultural share. I'm reimbursed for my gym membership. It's their wellness reimbursement. If you try to improve you health in any way, they'll support you with the cost. It's really nice. I've never waited more than 15 minutes to get into my appointment. They're really nice. I've been using them for 4 years.

  • The Rehabilitation department was excellent. The food was excellent. I do think they should have some more organization and focus more on obtaining their patients dietary restrictions. However, the nursing has a little bit to be desired. There was poor communication between the rehab specialists the nurses who take care of the patients. The charts are slow to receive information and are not updated as quickly as they should be. When I asked to go out for a breath of fresh air, the nurses took me outside. I had a cast on my ankle and they let me out there when a rain could burst. I had device similar to a life alert with me, but it is only used to send an alert, but does not have a tracking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, but there were some significant areas that need improvement.

  • Dr. Gerald Lang re-set my ankle and performed surgery to put a plate on it for support. From what I can recall, the staff took good care of me and I had no concerns. It was a painless experience and I was surprised. I would have expected to still be in pain. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

  • The Walgreens is very convenient. Considering the volume that they handle they do a fine job. Their service is very prompt and I have not had any mix-ups with them. If I have a question I can get it answered. I have used them for years. I use their telephone automated prescription refill service.

  • Their friendly and it's a very unique pharmacy. They have a lot of unique handmade gifts and you can buy soaps, cosmetics, and oil in bulk. They have a very good homeopathic pharmacy as well as a regular pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable about what they have. Their price is reasonable but the gifts are a little pricey.

  • The administration people, they don't know what they're doing. We had never gotten the billing for it. It's horrible. When people go there, they should make sure that's cleared somehow. We had some issues with the social workers trying to get extra help with home health care. They're very difficult to deal with. They had accomplished nothing. They were worthless. He's been in the hospital for over a week. You get the absolute run around trying to get some help. The answering machine is just answering machine. My husband is doing well and his health is improving. His doctor was fine. The place is not real friendly. They're a little more concerned on privacy. The staff is friendly. His particular doctor and his staff is an A on communication.
