I love GHC! I love that appointments never feel rushed. The doctors always take time to ask me if I have any questions. They answer my questions honestly, even when that means that they will have to look something up while I am in the room (I ask tough questions!). They always treat me with so much respect instead of talking down to me like other physicians have in the past. Also, the billing is absolutely easy, no hassles whatsoever. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Dr Witte is my primary care provider and I can't recommend her enough!

The above covers my services.  I routinely go to the Capitol Center, but have been to Fish Hatch numerous times to see a specific provider.  My only "sometimes not thrilled with it" comment is "Sometimes it is frustrating to have to wait 'too long' to get an appointment.  They have always offered a wait list opportunity or seeing a different provider, or Urgent Care, etc.

My experience with her had been fine. She is a new doctor for me. My former primary doctor that I've had for 40 years retired. It's great. I have been going to this clinic for 45 years. Everybody is very courteous and considerate.

The services that we had with them for over 20 something years now and has been excellent. I don't have any issues with them at all. They had been referring us to any other provider for the needed care.

My experience went very well. I can always get in there to see somebody when I need to. My doctor takes time with me and explains things. She actually looks at you and talks to you. So many doctors have to deal with computers, but she also kind of forms a personal relationship with her patients. It means a lot.

You can't see an actual physician unless you demand it. You cannot see a resident and this resident has not finish schooling and his your doctor. Whenever I go there, I ask for a physician between the age of 45 and 55 who had experience and whatever I need to see him for. I make demands and I'm nasty but that is my biggest problem with their system. They have lots of offices. They're extremely convenient. They work with my insurance. They do a lot of things electronically like prescription. You don't have to go to the office and get much paper. They fax records and electronic transfer of records like x-rays. The doctors are easy for us to communicate wherever you are. I'm an older person and it's the experience in the field, which helps me deal with the geriatric stuff. I can get in pretty easily. The office environment is efficient and clean. They have emergency clinic and you get in right away. The staffs are good, friendly and competent. There isn't anybody else in that area. They're top of the line. I cannot be satisfied overall but yes, I would go back there.

The eye doctor was great but I don?t know his name. My wife has taken yoga classes there before and the teacher was very, very good. They offer alternative medicine as well as regular Western medicine, which is good, because we think that?s a nice mix so people can remain healthy and they?re not just focused on treating you after you get sick. So, we appreciate that about the clinic.

He's been great. It's been a while since I last seen him because I haven't been having any problems. I've been going to him for years and then I got the proper dose of medication so I stopped going to them. He's very good about giving you the proper dose of medication, he's patient and very understanding.

I waited a very long time because Dr. Parker had an emergency before me; I contemplated walking out after about an hour of waiting, but decided to stay since I needed to establish care and didn't want to have to reschedule another time to come back where I could potentially wait another hour. After I actually got in the room, Dr. Parker was great- very professional and apologized for the delay. She seemed to listen and understand my concerns. I would go back to her- however, probably in the morning hours so I have less of a chance of having to wait!

They are very good. I have been very happy. I hate the medical profession and I have found a couple of physicians who have been extremely good to me over the last 15 to 16 years. Young enough to be my son to be honest and I have never ever had a problem getting in to the emergency room or my husband was quite ill for a long time and was never a problem getting in to the hospital or anything else. They work out with St. Mary's Hospital and I have been totally satisfied with them. Believe me if I won't tell you because I hate the medical profession. It is a series of clinic, free-standing clinics and then a hospital that they are attached to. They are attached to St. Mary's Hospital. Absolutely, I have another appointment next month.
