  • The care is accurate and always done well.  He practices the Gonstead method which gets results in a couple sessions, as opposed to other methods that require longer treatment sessions. Pricing is always reasonable.

  • Dr. Kingston has been great! He has been working with me for a little over a month to fix some issues with my spine, caused by poor posture and repetitive movements/lifting at work. He has also shown me some exercise to help with core stability and posture. My low back and hips feel so much better! Since seeing Dr. Kingston, my disc golf throw and game have noticeably improved. Thanks, Dr. Kingston and Chiropractic Solutions!

  • This was my first time to a chiropractor, so I didn't really know what to expect.  He was obviously there to educate me about my back and help me improve as quickly as possible.
Dr. Droessler used a variety of tools and techniques to figure out what was going on in my back.  With each check, he explained what the tool was, how it worked, and what he was looking for.  I really like understanding what's going on.  He also gave me a nice summary of what was going on after after the assessment was done.  I learned so much about my back!
Dr. Droessler adjusted my back that day and then again on one follow up visit.  Combined with the simple exercises and stretches he gave me, I feel like my back will be good for a long time.

  • She uses a different technique than anything you've ever had. She's by far the best chiropractor I've ever gone to. The technique that she used on me, literally I'm 80% straighter in my posture than I have been in years. She's very, very good. She's hard to get in to. You have to do it ahead for a week.

  • I had a somewhat disappointing experience. Let me preface these remarks by saying that I was a rookie with chiropractic care. So this is an area where I cannot compare to similarly credentialed caregivers. Having said that, here were my experiences/concerns:
    1. I was told that I should plan to visit 3 times per week. I expressed concern about this commitment of time and resources and asked about when I should experience results. I was told I should see results within 5 visits.
    2. As time went on and I did not sense improvements due to chiropractic care, I asked friends, family, and other caregivers about this level of frequency. I was told by many who have a lot of experience with back and neck pain and chiropractic care that they have never been told that they need care three times per week; even for serious acute injury.
    3. It also bothered me that handwritten on the outside of my file folder (not in some field on a form, mind you, but on the outside of the folder where the doctor could see it without looking at any details of my case) was the notation that I was qualified for 20 paid visits by virtue of my insurance coverage. This made me wonder if the quantity of care was designed to moreso use up my insurance as quickly as possible, rather than treat me in the most cost effective way.
    4. After 5 visits, I indicated I saw no significant improvement due to the chiropractic care. The doctor responded "um hum, um hum" and offered no explanation. There was not even an attempt to adjust my expectations with information. I found the lack of medical "feedback" (how am I progressing? when should I see results? what are you observing?) disappointing.
    5. I had a conflict arise for my 6th appointment, cancelled, and never rescheduled.
    6. I made significant progress only after concentrating my time and resources on massage and physical therapy.
Having said all of that, the doctor and his staff were friendly, easy to schedule and work with, and (with prompting) able to provide useful information (e.g., he provided stretching and other exercises I could do on my own - after I asked for this type of information).
However, the bottom-line is that I would not return to this office because of my uncertainly about the value of the care received. I might use chiropractic care again in the future, but only from practitioners highly recommended by trusted friends and family.

  • First experience with a chiropractor.  Overall okay.  Definitely got pain relief, but was also doing exercises prescribed by a physical therapist -- so its hard to tell.  However, very thorough and professional-- so no second thoughts about seeking this help.

  • Dr. Mayfield is a miracle worker!! He knows how to place his hands onto the spine and neck and with a certain amount of pressure to make things align again. It's amazing!! I recommend him to everyone!! He uses the holistic style which we love, no drugs, no machines, no twisting you on a table. We also use many of his supplements. The office is welcoming with beautiful plants, tea and water and there is hardly ever a wait!!

  • Dr. Wilke is amazing. He?s very intelligent, articulate, and knowledgeable. Traditional chiropractors pop your joints, which is not good for you and only offers temporary relief. Dr. Wilke doesn't adjust the bones at all--he focuses on the connective tissue around the spine. He uses the Network Spinal Analysis technique, as described on his website: "NSA employs a gentle touch to the skin along specific areas where the protective covering of the spinal cord connects to the spine. Each touch works to clear up interference throughout your nervous system. With the pathways clearer, your body and brain can communicate more effectively with each other which promotes healing." I don't understand it completely, but it definitely works! I didn?t realize that my joint pain and muscle stiffness were causing me so much fatigue and were interfering with my concentration until Dr. Wilke treated me. I?m also more aware of where I tense my body when I?m experiencing stress. I can consciously stop holding on to stress and anxiety. Dr. Wilke has dramatically improved my quality of life and productivity.

  • Dr. Ben was recommended to me by a friend who has had many back issues. My appointments have been very helpful and my injury is now healed. Appointments are very easy to make and I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even (very) last minute.

  • I don't really go to them anymore, but I used to and they were always quite good in everything they did. They have multiple offices around the Madison area. They were good. They were always on time. The facility was very clean. I have insurance, so it was just like a couple of dollar co-pay every time I went with the terms of my insurance. So I can't really comment on the exact pricing for a customer who doesn't have insurance. They were very thorough and did a very good initial check-in exam. Once I had my issue sorted out they were able to when I needed an adjustment, fit me in quickly and get my adjustment done and get me back out on the road which was nice. They don't make you pay every time you go. Sometimes it's like, "Oh Okay. We'll just pay it next time" if it was only like a $5 co-pay or something like that. It wasn't like mailing out computerized stuff. It was in-person, a hand written receipt. So I like that. It's very personal.
