    Caliber Custom Cabinetry LLC
I needed to upgrade my old kitchen cabinets and have flooring installed and Caliber did an excellent job. They responded quickly to my inquiries, gave me detailed quotes, and walked me through the many options I had for wood, fixtures, etc. Nate, the carpenter, was terrific. Friendly and professional, always on time, very detailed and meticulous in his work, cleaned up every afternoon before he left for the day. He even re-installed the blinds I needed to remove to have some moldings replaced. I have no hesitation recommending Caliber cabinetry.

Nick was very responsive - he had great ideas about how to do things and shared all the information with us up front. He was prompt, punctual, thorough, cleaned up spotlessly, and made sure we were satisfied with the work he did. He was a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely call on him in the future.

    Kitchen Solvers of Madison
This was a very good decision to use Kitchen Solvers in updating my kitchen. Kitchen Solvers offered ideas on what would work and look best given what I wanted done. They listened to me when I wanted to think a bit outside the box and always answered my questions promptly. Case in point, I thought i wanted to Shaker Style Cabinet Front but when I saw the backside of the sample, I decided I liked that side better. A quick check with the manufacture to find out not a problem and happens quite often. They were on target with the budget and timing of the project. I love my new kitchen. Between cabinet refacting, new quartz counters and new appliances I figure I spent about $20,000 which was about what I expected to pay.

    Kitchen Solvers of Madison
Everything was perfect from the professional advise, to the quality of the product and the labor. They were so clean and were always on time, the estimate cost was accurate and it took the exact amount of time they quoted. All of our cabinets were refaced and one cabinet was new with glass doors. They also installed a farmhouse sink.

    Kitchen & Bath Solutions, LLC.
It went spectacularly. Not only was the work done exceptionally well, all of the inevitable "issues" that one runs into when renovating an old house was dealt with by Kitchen and Bath Solutions during the course of the project. When it became clear that I needed some unanticipated electrical work, framing work, and plumbing work to do the renovation that wasn't in the initial project description, Kitchen and Bath Solutions was not only able to identify the solutions, but also able to take care of making it happen in a way that minimized the impact on the project timeline. All at an excellent price. I was so happy with their work that I engaged them to install new hardwood floors throughout the house after they were done with the first job. Again, they did it rapidly, at an excellent price, and with great results. These folks transformed my mother's house. I can't say enough about Alberto, Elle, and the rest of the crew at kitchen and bath solutions. Not only do they help guide you through decisions, do excellent work, deal efficiently with unexpected "glitches", and offer a fair price: They also are the kind of people that you enjoy having in your house. This is critically important in deciding who to hire for a job of this scale, as it is inevitable that you will be needing to share your space with the contractors as the work is being done. As an example, my mother was living in the house for the ENTIRE time the renovations were happening. The Kitchen and Bath Solutions crew not only came in on weekends and worked around my mother's needs to make the disruption to my mother's life as short as possible, but they also helped her out with the other "little things" that she needed while they were transforming the house: They treated my mother like she was their mother. It was super valuable to know that you have people that you trust and like when you have to share your living space as much as you have to when doing a renovation on this scale. In summary: I highly recomend Kitchen and Bath Solutions based on the quality of their work, the fairness of their price, and the rapid pace at which they make the project happen: no matter what complications arise. I also recommend them highly because of the people they are: you can trust them completely and this removes a lot of the stress that accompanies renovation projects like this. I feel now like they are part of my extended family, I'm already thinking of the next project I would like them to help me on and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    Cornell Remodeling
Stay away from Chris Cornell! Chris is a liar and a thief. He never finished the work we paid for and never returned our phone calls, emails, or texts. I hate to have to write this review, but I cant stand liars. Long story short, he overpromised and underdelivered, then walked away from the job, leaving us without lights in the basement, and many other half-finished projects. Along the way, he borrowed my chainsaw, and never returned it, effectively stealing it. Months after the job, Im still noticing some of my tools missing. The tools missing could have been stolen by one of the workers he hired off of Craigslist, but, at the end of the day, its his job, so, he should have been in control of it. Hes ok at basic construction, and ok at woodworking - he can cut a straight line, which is more than I can say about the last contractor. But he cant stain pine for **** (youd think a carpenter would know how). His tiling sucks and he cuts a LOT of corners on just about everything. He left live wires exposed in a high traffic area and didnt tell me - I only found out after bumping into it and blowing a fuse. Ive had to fix; doors that dont close properly; a squeaking, new bathroom floor that caused the new grout to pop out, (an easy, easy fix, that he said would be impossible without removing the basement ceiling - essentially meaning he just didnt want to do it); and holes in the drywall. All of this comes down to him rushing a job because he didnt budget enough time for it. Chris will talk a good game about honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. He talked at length about how the last contractor ripped me off. This is ironic, considering that Chris not only ripped me off, but also stole from me. I guess you could say he ripped me off in an honest way, because his ripoff was just so obvious, and stupid. STUPID pretty much sums up this whole fiasco and my impression of him. If you end up using Chris, you better be doing some generic, cookie-cutter construction, because if you arent, he will argue with you every step of the way about how your ideas wont work (when clearly they will - its construction, not rocket science). Hell try and change your mind into doing something he feels comfortable doing. This need to control the project makes him appear condescending, argumentative and uncreative - he does not think outside the box. So, if you have a simple, generic project, that does not require imagination, and you have nothing lying around for him to steal, then use him, hell give you a good price. But, if you have a project you actually care about, have put your own time and energy into planning, and if you have valuables lying around, you probably dont want to risk it. And Chris, when youre reading this, really think long and hard about how this review could have been entirely avoided if youd been honest enough to return a phone call, email, text, or Facebook message. Once again, STUPID.

These folks were WONDERFUL! They have small company so concentrate entirely on job at hand and do it more quickly than time estimates given me by larger outfits. They do quality work and are perfectionists! Nicci and Andy are delightful, professional and take such pride in their work. I cannot say enough good things about them. I miss them being here and will hire them again in a heartbeat.

    Kitchen Solvers of Madison
Refacing was the perfect solution for me as I had already replaced the counter tops a couple of years ago and I didn't need to reconfigure my kitchen except for new cabinets above the refrigerator and stove. I am amazed how refacing created a brand new kitchen so quickly!  I definitely recommend it for creating a beautiful new kitchen and this company to do it.

Eric was very patient and extremely helpful and creative in selecting the new cabinet faces, new cabinets and lighting design.  The work was done very quickly and beautifully and Eric and his team finished on time.

Eric was also very creative in designing new cabinets and under cabinet lighting that I needed!

Eric and his team were always on time and very professional.  They always cleaned up beautifully after each day.  They were a joy  to have working in my home.

    Cabinet Masters
Work by contractor was finished late in 2014; but we have waited to see how things hold up,.  The answer is excellent.  Cabinet Masters' contractor/designer Katie Merical and Cabinet Masters' carpenters Todd and Mats did excellent work in the kitchen.  Old, yellow pine circa 1950s kitchen was updated.  Cabinet boxes of 3/4" plywood were in good shape so refacing was chosen.  New look was maple, paint grade wood in a Shaker design.  Paint color was chosen to correlate with living room trim.  Several samples on the actual wood to be used were viewed before the final color choice was made.   Glass inserts were added in some upper cabinets and new, antique bronze hardware was selected.  All has held up very, very well these past 9 months.  Cabinets clean up easily and open easily; all still look excellent.
As designer, Ms. Merical helped us in selection of materials and colors, and never pushed us to make quick choices.
As contractor, Ms. Merical did excellent work.  Work above and beyond cabinet door replacement meant subcontracting for electrical, HVAC, countertops, painting, and roofing.  All subcontractors were on time as set by Ms. Merical, and subcontractors chosen did excellent work.  Installation of the refacing,  adding a new cabinet, and rebuilding some decorative shelves was done very well by carpenters Todd and Mats.  The back splash tile, with our own design, was selected from ProSource and expertly installed by carpenter Mats.

    Cabinet Masters
We had a great experience with Cabinet Masters.  They were professional, punctual and offered no-pressure for their services.  We really liked that they do not contract out their services, which ensures the quality of the product.  A few weeks later we noticed an issue with the cabinet and they quickly resolved the issue.  I would definitely recommend them for cabinet refacing services.
