Excellent. Have used their service for years. Watch repair, cleaning, battery and band replacement. In the past used other establishments then found Provider name locked. and have been using their service ever since.

Having just moved to our area my recent fiance opted to try a local small jeweler vs chain and we picked this location since I work in the same plaza. Neither of us are big on jewelry. That being said he picked a pretty decorative right hand ring, a birthstone ring to be exact, priced around $400 and perfect for our budget.. He specifically asked if the ring could be sized down within a 3-3.5 (unsure of my exact size at the time) to which they assured him yes. The stone the ring had on display was a peridot, having been assured it could be sized down he proceeded with the purchase and requested it be changed out for a topaz. Final sale was $425.00 paid in full. The VERY next day I arrived to give my measurement, 3.25, to which I was immediately told the ring could not be resized to and that they would have never told us it could. With the Provider name locked. knowing our price range and what was paid for the ring she still eagerly ushered me to the "Bridal" section upon mentioning it was used as our engagement ring. We waited to speak with the Owner/Jeweler himself to verify if the ring could be resized, finally an entire two days later he and his staff continued to push different rings from their "Bridal" section that were well over twice the price. After nearly two weeks I finally gave up and requested a refund, all of the special from the proposal and engagement was now taken away and I just wanted to be done with the process and their ill service. Provider name locked. reluctantly stated that since the topaz was specially ordered he, "could refund the ring less the gem since now I'm stuck with an extra stone" to which I stated was ridiculous since he's a jeweler but agreed since a topaz is cheap. We agreed on a $35 charge. A few minutes later an associate brought out the receipt for the credit with a $35 restocking fee listed and told me to have a nice day. There was no topaz, we never discussed a fee. When questioned on the fee Provider name locked. proceeded to explain the Provider name locked. simply "auto populates the fee". When questioned on the stone he stated he doesn't accept refunds and that I should be glad he isn't charging me labor. He gave a speech about how he is now stuck with a gem, the one I just purchased. Provider name locked. refused to speak with my fiance when he arrived to inquire about the transaction nor has made an effort to return a call. We are aware $35 is not a lot of money but the fact remains the purchase never would have been made had their staffing not lied from the start on if the ring could be resized. Provider name locked. at Provider name locked. charged us for a service they failed to provide. Bad business from the start.

Provider name locked. was able to clean up an old obscure brand Kawneer watch I wanted to give to a friend as a retirement gift. He gave it to me straight and kept me from spending more than I intended. I was having issues getting to his shop this week and he bent over backwards to have it sent to me across town. You cannot beat that kind of service. I asked my neighbors, who are in their late 80's, who they recommended and they immediately mentioned Provider name locked. and they know their stuff.
