• I needed to have my roof and gutter replaced. Scheduled an appointment to have someone comes out to give me an estimate. Waited an hour. No show, no call. It was a beautiful, sunny day so weather was not the reason for the no-show. I never heard from Sawyer Roofing again.

• This company ticked all the boxes for me: attentive, professional telephone presence; dependable, timely response to customer’s request; personable, expert attention to detail by Chris, company representative; focused attention to evaluating/addressing situation (in my case, a maddening stain appearing in an old problem area of the ceiling). Couple those traits with a stellar rating w/BBB, Angie’s and I was glad my previous failed attempts with another ‘roofer’ in the area led me to find Graduate Contracting. Would definitely call them again as well as recommend to others looking for this level of service.

• I left two voicemail message for Patrick over the course of 2 weeks and he has returned neither one of them. I just find it so unprofessional and discourteous when a contractor lists themselves on Angie's List and then cannot be bothered to return prospective client calls ... our time and effort is not as valuable Mr. Durbin's is, apparently.

• started calling at the beginning of October, never received a response form local team only had calls answered by the main HQ. Asked multiple times for local team callback and never received a call. they finally showed up for scheduled repair on October 26th and stated this was only a quote inspection. Now another delay...not responsive (in the past years they were responsive and returned calls)

• Big B Restoration cleaned and sealed my aggregate walkways, cleaned, sanded and sealed my paver driveway and cleaned my gutters. They also cleaned around my windows. They used a top quality sealer and included an insecticide in the water for the gutters and windows which especially helped with the spiders on my windows. Their pricing for these services was reasonable. Barry Miller is a very personable man, a good listener concerning the client's needs and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied with the results (and this is coming from a very picky customer). His helpers were very pleasant, easy to work with, and willing to honor any reasonable request. I will be using this company's services again. Penny Cooper Louisville, KY

• Sergei and his group were amazing. My husband has been in construction business for 35 years and he has never seen a more dependable and reliable contractor. Sergei was very responsive to our needs. We initially hired him to repair a damaged roof and were so pleased with that experience that we hired him to do all new windows, siding, trim siding, and gutters. Our house looks beautiful! What was even more amazing was his professionalism and the quality of crew members that he hires. He even has someone that comes behind to check their work and make sure the job site is spotless, using a metal detector to clean up any stray nails! Who does that?!! Sergei does!! Additionally, we did not pay until the work was finished. That is very rare to find among home improvement companies. I would highly recommend, and have recommended to others, Roof It Right!!

• I thought I was missing some shingles. But when Pinnacle got up on my roof they found it was in great condition and didn't need anything. Gutters were clean also already. Best of all they did not charge me anything for coming out since they didn't actually perform any work. Their man was punctual, courteous, and professional. I definitely recommend them.
