    Pfancy Finish
Pfancy Finish did an excellent job on our master bath remodel. They did a full gut of the existing bathroom, re-located our double vanity sink, re-located and expanded our shower size, and added a linen closet. The guys were always on time, were always willing to give a heads up if they wanted to stay late to continue working, or to take breaks to get parts, missing, and always left the working area extremely tidy. Pfancy Finish also have great customer service as our bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly. They came out, inspected the unit, and fixed the issues. Highly recommend them!

We are so pleased with the results! Matt and his team were amazing through the entire process. Professional, honest, clean, fast and true experts. They were a pleasure to have in our home and the project turned out better than we imagined. They made the process so easy and our kitchen turned out stunning! Matt is great to offer suggestions when he sees ways to improve something and will work diligently until everything is perfect.

Paid him over 13k as 1 of 3 installments on October 11 for a start date of Nov. 3. He insisted on payment that far in advance to keep his schedule open. Next start date was Nov 15, then Nov 28, which he absolutely guaranteed would be the last delay. On that day he bumped it out another 7 to 8 days because he was waiting on a building permit. The following Monday I called the Louisville office that handles permits, he had not even filed for one. I asked for a refund. He said no, that I had not given him a legitimate reason. I contacted the police, & he told the detective that he was in the process of filing for the permit. I have received a partial refund. ($7,000) He doesnt have the rest of it because he apparently spent it. He told me I would have to pay for my own materials and then deduct that amount from the final installment. Materials meaning vanity, fixtures, etc. Who does that? Thats not what the contract said. Police have given him 30 days to return the rest or he will be charged with a felony. The entire situation was a nightmare. Of course Ill never get back the interest Ive been paying on this money I borrowed to do the job in the first place. And now I have to start over.

The guys showed up on time, and did a neat and professional job. I noticed a couple of issues and they returned the next morning and corrected them. Craig is very responsive to calls and emails and I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Joel and his team are outstanding. When they take on a project, they commit 100% to knocking it out of the park. With any large renovation, you know a few things are going to go wrong here and there. But the awesome thing about Joel is that he always makes it right because he's that rare contractor that actually cares about making sure his customers are thrilled with the outcome. His crew is comprised of standup people that we felt totally comfortable being in our house alone or around our kids and family. Totally dependable, personable, high-character people. We found out about Stickler after some friends were elated with their project, and we were equally thrilled with our gigantic kitchen renovation. Stickler will not be your cheapest bid; they compete on quality, not price. So if you want the project to turn out absolutely perfect and have a great experience along the way, I urge you to pay up a bit and hire them. Feel free to DM me if you want to come by and see our kitchen; it's gorgeous, and an amazing transformation from what we started with. We need more contractors like Joel in the world.

Still happy 1.5 years after my bathroom renovation! Brad and his team remodeled my master bathroom and added built in cabinets in my bedroom. Everything still looks brand new and it is functioning exactly like I had requested. I will call Brad Abell the next time I have a home project.

Pat ( owner) is very good to work with: excellent communication, very reliable, pricing was very fair, jobs completed on time AND within budget. Pat has done both regular handyman work for us and just completed a full kitchen remodel. For our kitchen remodel in our 90+ year old home, the price I was quoted was the price I paid despite there being the (expected in an old house) hiccups/ surprises once work started. Ive done several kitchen remodels before and knew what I wanted, and Pat was great at working with me to my vision ( a lot of contractors are not. He was really a partner. Due to Pats creative suggestions and fantastic woodworking skills, I was able to afford custom features on a much lower budget than purchasing from the cabinet company: custom charging station, built a cabinet for our cutting boards in a leftover space, outfitted a non-standard exhaust solution and created a gorgeous custom glass display cabinet (for less than half of what others quoted) . Friends said to expect serious time overruns but our job was completed on-time. Overall jobs have gone very well and we are thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen!

The work exceeded my expectations. The shower walls are cultured marble to the ceiling and very easy to clean. It looks as if it was original to the house. The shower door is barn door style with minimum hardware and moves in both directions. After the initial design we decided to add a rain shower head which we had seen on vacation and that worked out perfect. We have a regular shower head and a hand held also. Each one of these showerheads can be used independently. The new closet is a welcome addition to our closet space.

    Louisville Handyman & Remodeling
Louisville Handyman and Remodeling wont be the cheapest estimate you get but the quality and thoroughness of the work performed as well as the care given to make sure you are satisfied with the final product is what the standard for all other contractors should be. At every step of the process we were well informed ahead of time what was going to happen, what was to be expected, and when it was estimated to be finished. The work on my kitchen was amazing and thorough as the technician (Brian) took great pride in the quality of his work. I am already inquiring about work I want done in another room in my home.

From the beginning of the project, Pat was an excellent communicator and asked for my input on all aspects of the job. He and the team were punctual, respectful, and responsive. They all were honest, knowledgeable and worked hard to please. My husband and I are thrilled with the results of the renovation.
