  • Initial appointment was to be 9 months out (ouch) but they were able to work me in much sooner.  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Takagishi was very professional and my appointment was right on time - actually a few minutes early.  Was not kept waiting (hate that), and they took blood for some tests right in the office.  Dr. T explained options very clearly.  If there's room for improvement, I can't think what it would be.

  • It was horrible. There seemed to be a lack of communication between my cancer team and within the office. After 4 Provider name locked. dense AC cancer treatments, I went in for my first Provider name locked. dense taxotere treatment. Protocol calls for the patient to receive steroid treatments prior to the taxotere treatment to Provider name locked. the event of an allergic reaction. This doctor did not follow protocol and administered the taxotere without the steroids. The mistake was not discovered until the next day when I went in for an injection to boost my white blood cells. My hands had started started turning red, and I was breaking out in Provider name locked. . The nurse realized the mistake and called in a steroid prescription for me. Two days later, I was projectile vomiting, my feet, hands, and fingers were swollen, blistered, and burning from the most excruciating nerve pain a person could imagine. My fingers and toes were swollen to the point that I could not bend them. I had to be rushed to their office, where I was administered morphine and Benadryl. For the next two weeks, I could only walk to the bathroom and back. I was taking hydrocodone and Benadryl every 4-6 hours for two weeks. The doctor made it a point to let me know that they had changed procedures in their office for prescribing steroids prior to taxotere, so that I couldn't Provider name locked. them. I was unable to finish my chemotherapy. I didn't even receive an apology. Doctors response: "Oh, well." I found another oncologist.
Her nurse practitioner billed me for a copay for a visit in which I never saw her face.
I was referred to her by my breast surgeon. I was told that she was the best oncologist in the state. I felt more like I was going through a chemo-mill--just one in the herd.
Office staff and nurses are fabulous and caring. God bless them.

  • I first found him because my old doctor was sending to see other doctors that I didn't even need to see, and it was taking too much time away from me and my kids. I needed a doctor that was knowledgeable, caring, smart, and a doctor that was able to get me the med's that I needed when I needed them. He's prompt to schedule me appointments with specialists, and his hard working staff operates a well run, efficient office,
