  • Let me start by saying my unit is around 14 yrs old.  I annually get my furnace checked from other reputable companies and they are normally routine in their inspection.  This company( Provider name locked. and Cooling) came out, looked at my unit and immediately told me I had a problem with the heat exchange??  He proceeded to put a probe light in the unit and showed me thru a camera that I had a crack and he was sure I was leaking carbon monoxide  Well, I was very concerned and thought well maybe due to the age of the unit.  He registered a carbon monoxide  level of 2-3 in my home and told me I should keep the unit off and purchase a new unit. I didn't give him an immediate response, so he started to Provider name locked. me on by telling me he should by law turn my gas off and shut the unit down, still all within one breath telling me I needed a new unit.  I went along and told him to provide some suggestions for a new unit and of course if he had a nice pitch.  He finally left without cleaning unit.  I called my Home Warranty Insurance Company and I told them I had a crack in my heating exchange and I was leaking carbon  monoxide.  They sent out Fast Response Heating and Cooling.  They removed the blower and showed me what Provider name locked. said was a crack, when in fact, in was a manufactured welded unit, meaning two parts welded together. Provider name locked. said it was a crack.  Fast response registered a Zero reading of carbon monoxide

I am very disappointed in Provider name locked. and Cooling, since they are shown to be a reputable company with high standards.

  • Very impressed with this service. Technician was very thorough and executed the inspection in a timely manner. After the inspection, he explained to me what he had done and make some recommendation. I would recommend this company to anyone!

  • I called the company because it had an offer on Angie's List for a furnace diagnosis I made an appointment for the diagnosis plus maintenance. The furnace worked okay when the tech arrived, so I was only charged for the maintenance. The people I spoke with on the phone and the tech were very good to work with.
