"done on the outside I have had recurring problems with my Insight internet and land line service took them for weeks. My modem went out the end or May and it took" them 4 days to repair. I requested a credit. the bill came and my credit for 4 full days w/o internet or landline was $7.33. I called to complain about the small credit and was told that it should have been $9.00 and some cents. When I stated that was ridiculous they offered to double that small amount. I verified that amount twice before I paid the bill. It showed the on the next bill as a past due amount. The service went out again and a second technician came out and repaired the down internet service. When he left I noticed that the land line had been knocked out. The tech had to come back to repair that error. The next day my internet was down again and to reprogrammed remotely. The third time my internet went down was last Tuesday. I had to wait until today for a tech. In the meantime, my land line went down. During all this, I was promised a month's credit but I got the bill and it did not compute to a full month of internet and phone service.
