  • We were very impressed with the professionalism and skill of the installers.  Previously we had purchased quartz for the kitchen countertop from a competitor, and that competitor's installation was very poor.  Provider name locked. installers were extremely knowledgeable and even went so far as to re-silicone the kitchen sink (poorly installed by a competitor who would not come out to fix the mess).  Kentukiana Provider name locked. is great to work with.  We couldn't be more pleased with the product and the knowledge and skill of the installers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new Provider name locked. .

  • They made precise measurements that fit perfectly. They went over and beyond their duty when it was discovered that when the framer built the wall for the bar top at the framing stage months prior and they didn't level it. Guess they assumed concrete floors were perfectly level. They stayed and even came back to work with contractor to level the wall which BTW was lined with stone that goes on the outside of houses with brick. So leveling wasn't just sanding a lil wood off a corner. The installer could've installed and left cuz it wasn't his fault it wasn't level but he saw the job through to ensure it was supported adequately with the needed amount of support and installed correctly. The only hiccup was I was told one day that they had to cut the sink in so it couldn't be installed that day but would the next. Upon calling the next afternoon to tell them that I was off work and they could come to install at anytime, I was told they couldn't because they hadn't cut the sink in. It frustrated me at the time because it is really hard for me to get off work at a descent time working at a level 1 trauma hospital, but once it was completed, I had forgotten all about that. Only other negative is that you could never get them to answer the phone, return messages, etc., but they were changing things around then so I'm sure that has been resolved, just had to go by to talk to them a couple times when It could've just been a phone call. In the big picture, very minor considering such a great job well done! Their great work ethic made up for a small slip up. Plus I'm sure they were swamped with orders as well. I shopped around and they price granite differently. Not by grade so I got a high grade granite cheap since they had plenty of it. Will definitely buy from them again! Very happy customer! Everyone comments on my kitchen/granite!

  • Provider name locked. , the owner came to our house to do the template and was very pleasant to work with. However, the installation was not as pleasant as the templating process. On the first trip to our house to install the soapstone there were only 2 guys to bring the countertop in. The lead guy said it would be no problem and then the piece broke in half in our driveway after unloading it. The worker was quick to offer his opinion of how the stone should have been cut and offer multiple excuses besides just stating the fact that there should have been more men to help and braces placed on the stone. We did have plenty of soapstone left for them to cut a new countertop however it was not the part of the stone that we wanted. Provider name locked. was apologetic and said that they could do the countertop without a seam. On the second attempt to install the countertop they had braces on the stone and there were 4 men this time. As expected things went more smoothly and they were able to install the countertop. However, they damaged our trim work and said nothing. The lead guy said this is how we should have done it the first time. His comment was uneccessary and unprofessional. His comment Provider name locked. me to believe that if they knew how it was supposed to be done the first time then that's how they should have done it. This is their buisness and they should know the nature of the stone and how to properly handle it as to prevent it from getting damaged and breaking. Much to our disappointment Provider name locked. offered no price deduction and were only apologetic about the situation. We wish we had had a better experience with this company. While we did get our countertop in the end we did not get the piece we really wanted, which is what we paid for and in the end they didn't really seem to care.
