The best thing he did was re-caulk the bath tub, but following instructions isn't part of Provider name locked. 's skill set. The new caulk didn't match anything else in the entire bathroom and was of so-so quality and looked rushed.
Now to the shower, two appointments 3 days apart. One to redo the grout and then to come back and seal. I wasn't able to be there to oversee and the person who did, well didn't realize the crappy job being done. My fault for not properly overseeing the work being done.
After the sealing visit... I get home to a shower stall which has been re-grouted with Provider name locked. white grout (not the ivory grout that was previously there - instructions were explicit - match the color of the existing grout) and supposedly sealed. 1) water test showed immediate penetration so sealing was never done. 2) the excess grout was never removed. I spent 6 hours removing the excess grout from the tile. Several places where grout was removed (previous contractor), didn't get new grout... just a void where grout should be. The same happened around the door hinges, nothing was done between the tile and hinge.
The bottom line, they could have done a good job and chose not to.
They don't want to be paid in any way other than cash and will only communicate via text message. Once they've been paid, they will not return messages.
A complete and utter waist of time and money. Best case I rate these guys as scammers.

Resurfaced the tubs due to selling the house. A few worn spots, scratches, and stains eliminated. Tubs look nearly new. The top Provider name locked. was uneven due to wear from being under the sliding glass door frame. Quite a few coats were needed here, which resulted in some slight running, which was fixed before he left.

I called Provider name locked. after hours and left a message. He returned my call the next day, and we scheduled an appointment. Provider name locked. called a couple of days before the appt to ensure we were on track for the repair and confirm the appt.
Provider name locked. was early for the appointment. We examined the damaged tubs, and Provider name locked. showed me a sample of the repair material and finish. We also discussed ventilation, as the process does produce fumes.
Provider name locked. completed the repairs in the time allotted, cleaned the work areas, and did a great job. The bottoms of both tubs are now very solid without any give. The gel-coat finish looks good, and we really like the texture.
If you have an older fiberglass tub that needs repair, I'd certainly recommend Provider name locked. 's work. These repairs save me at least $3000 as my only other real option was to replace the tubs in both bathrooms, not to mention the hassle of remodeling.
