Oren was on time, super professional, and was very genuine. He understood my needs and didn’t persuade me into a bath remodel or room addition. He understood the real estate market and went right to work with his team of experts. In less than several months from the day we gave the approval for the turnaround remodeling project, they had transformed our house into a gorgeous house ready to place on the market. The quality was superior, and they left the house each night very neat and tidy. I really liked the crew they were polite and professional. I give them my highest recommendation. AFrankie's Construction and RestorationTerrific! I sent Frankie photos of the damage & despite working on another big job, he sent an electrician that same week, rewired the fan & put in a GFI. They replaced the toilet, repaired the walls & painted. They finished the job 5 days later - 2 days before Christmas! The work was fantastic! It looks like a brand new bathroom! Janny, Jose & Tony took care of a moldy ceiling for us, recommended 3rd party environmental testing companies for the all clear and a general contractor to patch up the work and all was resolved in just a few days! ARestoration 1 of IrvineOur experience with Restoration 1 of Irvine was remarkable! We had severe smoke damage in our bedroom from our fireplace, and the entire room and furniture was badly damaged. The crew came out to access, and started work the following day. They were here so professional, and were here for a total of 14 hours over a two day period. We were informed of each step throughout the process. There are many items on our walls and our ceilings are very high, and everything was removed, cleaned, and put back perfectly. I would recommend Restoration 1 of Irvine to anyone needing repair in their home from any damage. We have given their information to our HOA because they are so good. It has now been 3 months, and they are still checking in with us to see 7f everything is good. They feel like a family business who cares about their customers, and we are very appreciative. ASometimes life gives you lemons and you have to make lemonade. In our case, life gave us a faulty angle stop and we got Eddie. So many lessons learned from this experience. First off, when you send out an inquiry for help with water damage you will get all kinds of people telling what you need to do; unfortunately most are dishonest and will promise you all sorts of things; of course with your insurance holding the bag. The great thing that drew me to Eddie was his willingness to go above and beyond to do the job the right way and his eagerness to make sure that the client was taken cared for. Throughout the job the timeline was met as expected and he kept assuring me that we would be able to get it completed within the budget that was promised. Inevitably there were some rough patches during the two weeks it took to remediate the water damage, redo the flooring, and install the new cabinets; but in the end the result spoke for itself. To top it off, even after the check was drawn, Eddie and his team showed up to finalize the last touches and make sure his client was happy. Not sure what else I can say, but thank you for a job well done.

AEddie and his sister could not have been more compassionate for us as we were not able to get a hotel room. They went out of their way to keep us safe. It was quite a project with all the tents they had to put up and to wear that heavy garb in the heat we were having at the time and no air conditioning. They worked very hard all day, each day and we felt that they did a very thorough job. We were very impressed with their integrity, honesty and devotion to their work. When the final day came, after Kapac retested for mold exposure, it was hard to say goodbye to them. It was a relief to have quiet from the fans though!

I called a few companies, John answered the phone and within 20 minutes, he arrived, and his crew was able to vacuum up all the water and save my kitchen cabinets! They removed all the wet drywall, dried everything, and even put all the drywall back and painted! I didn’t have to look for other repairmen because John coordinated all the repairs to get me back to normal fast! It was less than a week! I had water issues a while back and that company took over 4 weeks, with me having to schedule workers to repair my home. You can’t go wrong hiring John for any of your water or mold issues.

He knows how to solve problems. Most importantly, he is a good person with good intentions. He understands the way of our world where quality work and customer care matter. Pure Restoration basically reconstructed my home after a horrible combination of fire and water damage. Project manager, Lucy, was very competent and detail oriented, so nothing was overlooked. She is also friendly, helpful, very good at communicating exactly what is being done and why and how. She also reminded me me to apply to my insurance c0mpany for reimbursement and did her due diligence in providing my insurance with all the documentation they required to go ahead and approve the work and cover the costs.
