  • Wanted to post my experience after doing business with TripPlus on recent airline upgrades. In the beginning it was a positive experience with the upgrades being available and their customer service being helpful. The day of the flight from LAX we experienced a nightmare at the ticket counter involving my husband’s passport which resulted in EVA airlines denying us from boarding. EVA did leave our record open and assured us they could re-schedule the flight for us once the passport issue was resolved which was to take about 5 days. Upon re-scheduling a few days later we find that TripPlus canceled our upgrades and didn’t even tell us. Once I questioned them they said we did a “no show” for the flight which cancelled the entire reservation which was our fault and we didn’t follow the rules. Obviously this was untrue with neither EVA or us canceling the reservation and TripPlus was insistent we were entirely at fault and they couldn’t help us. EVA even sent us an email confirming our itinerary on the return flight but TripPlus didn’t want to hear about this. When I questioned them in greater detail about this the representative then stated ,”I don’t like your attitude” and refused to review the facts of what happened with me. After a very nasty exchange with them I was informed they didn’t want to continue business with us and we would receive a refund according to the terms of their contract. In the end we got our refund but it certainly seems we were accused of actions that violate their rules when it was them who cancelled the upgrades and said nothing. In any business it is a mistake to blame the customer openly and then try to exit the situation. Since then we have come to find there are many companies providing this type of service and hope anyone reading this will be careful who they choose to do business with. Beware of a company that will not provide a phone number or business address to their customers. When paying by credit card I had to provide all my details to them which is understandable but consider if you can find them when things go wrong. No customer deserves to be treated like this.

  • I want to give thanks to Peter, he helped me extremely knowing my sister just passed and i need a quick flight. I had booked a flight with Kiwi and i had the worst trouble with them .Peter helped me in so many ways ..I broke down knowing he went out of his way to help in anyway he could ..I thank you from the bottom of my heart.God bless you!!!!

  • Our Ten Year Wedding Anniversary was amazing. We had a couple of problems, but Tina fixed it all. None of which was her fault. My husband and I had planned to stay at two resorts, however that changed. The first resort was absolutely amazing. We stayed at Secret Wild Orchid Peferred club, the staff was very attentive to our needs and made us feel special and welcomed. We had an ocean view room, away from other guests, which was nice. Roses, wine and sweet treat throughout our room, and a banner on the door saying HAPPY ANNIVERSARY was so thoughtful! Everyday we had gifts delivered to our room from the resort, which was nice also. This trip was really planned with love and time, and Tina made that happen for us. On to the next resort, which I cannot go into details, because we had to sign a waiver not to talk about our experiences. Let's just say we got the heck out of there. I called Tina and expressed to her, how unhappy I was with the room and treatment. Lets just say Tina set them straight and we were back to Secrets Wild Orchid. The Staff welcomed us back with open arms, and outstanding services. I just want to thank Tina for all of her hard work dealing with my husband and I. Making sure our wedding anniversary was just right and for that, we have memories that will last of us a lifetime. Tina truly cares about our needs when booking vacations for us, she listens to both of our needs and make it happen, however she always have my back and get me what I want when my husband says, dail it back some. LOL She is the only Travel Agent we use, because she is the BEST!!! She is my travel fairy. XOXO Pieya&Darius

  • 5 stars!! Most amazing hotel, best service, premiere location. Just VERY expensive, but if you're willing to spend the money it's worth it. If you're in the area you can stop by for a bite to eat, or just take a walk in their park the ambiance is great.

  • I really really want to give this place five stars, my drinks were amazing, but my service was horrible. The bartender had zero personality, made our drinks, and then turned to talk on text on her phone. We tried to engage in conversation since we were visiting, but nothing. Which made the overall experience not so fun.

  • They gave us all of the information about it and guided us through the whole passport procedure. They gave us advice on how to prepare for it. They managed the whole trip. I felt like I was talking to people who were experts about where we were going, tips on what to look out for, and I felt like a seasoned traveler before I left home. I didn't feel like a newbie.

  • I used them, I had to cancel the trip at the last minute. Everything was running smoothly, I just unfortunately had to cancel. They were very professional, on top of things, and they kept us informed. I did lose the deposit due to the late cancellation.

  • After contacting their service rep - I waited on hold for more than 15 minutes twice and nothing was done except to offer me a $50 credit toward future bookings - which I will never use as I would never use Jetsetter ever again

    that a travel agent wouldn't serve my need, she continued talking with
    me and gave me some creative ideas that I'm going to try and see if they
