  • I've used Lotus about 1 dozen times now, but the last few experiences have been frustrating.  To be fair, Lotus offers different levels of service and I am using the least expensive 38.50 special one way offer (although I usually include a 10.00 tip each way when I book), but the savings are just not worth it and I will be paying up (with a different company) from now on. Two main issues:
    1.  The condition of the cars has been pretty bad recently.  Once again, this is for their least expensive service.  I don't expect anything fancy, but the cars should not smell bad.  I am not a clean freak and have never really noticed whether a cab/car was clean or dirty but they were BAD.  Maybe their limos smell like roses, but I can't recommend the 39.00 cars.  A taxi would be a bit more expensive but smell better.
    2.  Lotus has an airport pickup procedure where you call them once you land.  Okay, fine if it works, but it doesn't.  You will call and they will tell you that a car will be right there.  I always imagined that they were waiting at the airport, but I suspect that is not always the case.  You will wait and watch everyone else from your flight get in cabs, limos, super shuttles, and loved one's cars and you will still be waiting.  This has happened to me every time and I have had to wait as long as 40 minutes for them to arrive.  When they arrive, there has never been any apology of any kind, and I'm made to feel as if I've been overly impatient.  They have been on time when picking up from home all but one time.

  • Provider name locked. drove us in a beautiful escalade from Provider name locked. to the Staples Center to see the Rolling Stones on Friday. Such a great night. The STONES were amazing and the ride to and from just right. Provider name locked. was on time, professional, appropriate, friendly and we enjoyed our ride with him for sure. My only suggestion is to get full on SIRIUS/XM so when you commute out to my land you'll be able to rock the tunes with no static. Hope you got my detail about a new plan which is getting back and forth from Provider name locked. on June 13 returning on Provider name locked. 3. I texted you the info about time of day. Send me a reservation contract when you can please. Great job Provider name locked.

  • I called this company 2 weeks before my intended pick-up to find out what they required as far as reservations for the pick-up. I was told to call the day before my intended date. I did call the night before and told them I needed a pick-up no later than 8:30 and that they needed to be punctual as I was catching a train. At 8:30 the next morning, there was no cab. I called them and was told "10 minutes," they said the original driver had been in an accident. In 15 minutes, again, no cab. I called again and was told they would be there. At this point, I elected to take my own car and pay for the lot at the train station. They never called me to apologize or update me during the whole process and were very rude. I will never use them again and recommend that no one use them.
