At EXACTLY the time we agreed upon on the appointed day, the doorbell rang and there was Orin. He was appearance was very clean and professional, he knew exactly what to do and we enjoyed some pleasant chit-chat as he was setting up.  The work was performed quickly and professionally and to our complete satisfaction.
