  • Brad Korb helped me sell an investment property. From the first day I met Brad I have found him to be the most positive and enthusiastic person I have ever met. I found him to be this way throughout the entire process. Brad arranged to stage the home for the photo shoot. He had an appraisal, retrofit and termite report as well as inspections performed prior to going to market. All this while working around my tenants. Within 10 days he had multiple offers and we sold over market. All parties were pre qualified. The escrow process was seamless. From listing till close of escrow was just under 60 days. Working with Brad and his team exceeded any and all of my expectations

  • My real estate agent’s email account was hacked, and the criminal used the information it contained as well as the ability to send emails from it to provide fraudulent wire instructions for my closing funds, resulting in a personal loss to me of nearly $60,000. I have repeatedly attempted to discuss the situation with Douglas Elliman, but their response has been to deny all responsibility for the data breach and the resulting loss. I strongly recommend against doing business with this firm.

  • My wife and I purchased our first home with the assistance of Brad Korb a few months back. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. They took us step by step through the process and we were able to tackle every problem that arose. Overall, we had a positive experience and highly recommend Brad Korb for your real estate needs.

  • I am so happy to have the chance to share my awesome experience with the Brad Korb Real Estate Group! I've always read the newsletter he sends out and knew for sure that he would be the one and only realtor I would contact when I was finally ready to sell my home in Burbank. From start to finish, the home sale process with Brad and his high-quality team went like clockwork. One reason he is so far above all his other competitors is the amount of time and money that is spend up front to ensure that you end up with top dollar at the end. For example, Brad paid for a home stager, who came over and walked me through my home room by room, including the front and back yards. She emailed me a detailed punch list of every single change I should consider making in order to have a fabulous-looking home that any buyer would want to make their own. And because I was very motivated, I literally did each and every thing she suggested, except for maybe one or two items. And what a difference it made--this woman is an artistic genius! Brad also put me in touch with a contractor he uses who repaired and upgraded a number of things in the home. The work was done within budget and within the promised time frame. Because Brad recommended him, I did not have to worry about whether I could trust him or not. Brad's team arranged for a home inspection and photos to be taken before I'd even realized they had done so. The whole process was just so smooth and professional. They know what they are doing! The house actually found a buyer on the very first day it was on the market, at just a tad under the asking price! We had a short escrow--negotiated by Brad--and his fabulous transaction coordinators and escrow professionals got me through that process as well. I'm the type that wants to know exactly what's going on and I ask a lot of questions. They never made me feel like I was annoying them, which I appreciated. I could go on and on about how happy I am that I chose Brad Korb as my realtor, but I think you get the picture. If you're thinking of selling your home, give him a call, you won't be sorry!

  • Working with Tracy Holden at the Graham Seeby Group was the best experience I've had buying property. Communication was great. She completely understood our needs and it was fun to work with her. This is the 4th property I've bought in my lifetime and buy far the best time doing it! Highly recommend.

  • I have met many real estate professionals through the years, but I can honestly say that Brad Korb is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about. He's very patient and willing to take the time to answer questions. He's very attentive and will always respond to e-mails and phone calls in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with how he carries himself and how he truly cares about his clients. Brad has a great group of people working for him and they are just as diligent and hard working as he is. From the moment I met Brad I knew I did not need to look any further for a different realtor. I immediately knew he would do a great job and he would be someone I could count on. Brad Korb is the only realtor I will ever recommend to my family and friends. I know they will be just as impressed as I am.

  • We met David through a mutual friend who was looking for a home and had recommended him to us. We could not be happier with our experience. David showed us several houses over the course of about a month, contacted the seller's agent on our behalf when we found a house to buy, made suggestions re offers and counter-offers for us, informed us about contingencies and when to release them, introduced us to inspectors, helped keep the seller's feet to the fire on things like imperfections in the interior paint, a new handrail for the rear stairs, and several other small things that we were way too pre-occupied to think about. David is not only our realtor, he became our friend. We bought our house just over a year ago (September 2016) and just a couple days ago David stopped by on Christmas Eve to visit us and wish us a happy holiday. David is knowledgable, approachable, attentive, kind, and a great advocate to have throughout the home-buying process. We were lucky to have him on our side and we recommend him to all of our friends.

  • Very dishonest, makes mistakes, tries to intimidate homeowners, creates lots of issues in the association. I did hire J&N Realty personally in January 2017. When we signed the papers Julius (the owner) told me: “you can do anything in the HOA"! I was shocked, however I thought that he was just checking my honesty or something. I mentioned that I want everything right and correct. Unfortunately, my gut feelings that something isn't right come very soon to be proven right! I did look at his reviews… which seems ok; later on I discovered that he is ASKING people to post reviews and uses even intimidation to some board members! Julius, try to do a roofing replacement under his new created "roofing company" when he found out about our roof situation (he was trying to sub a 'Peter' company! he worked with)! I didn't agree as it was a conflict of interest. He did convinced the other two board members to get me out... I was in the board for very long time and I wanted a break anyways! We did hire a different roofing company. However, I was always suspicious about Julius. In short time, around April 2017, I discovered that we were paying our neighbors garbage. I was out of the board but I had to fight and get the finances, so I was able to tell about the findings. One major problem with this company is that they don't provide the receipts for anything - if the board doesn't insist and insist! The members of the board didn't insist; my husband and I did; we got them and SURPRIZE --> OUR DWP bill wasn't paid for 7 months! So we could have all our water and electricity to the building -cut off for a community of 9 units. We did confront both J&N and the board members and none took responsibility; like was a small issue! Couldn’t believe; as we were also told that we didn’t do a thing! To make things worse; we had a board meeting in November 2017 - where this issue was discussed in detailed. When the MINUTES of the meeting were posted couple days later, this issue of not paying our DWP bill was totally omitted. I did ask why? I was told that I can't asked! Really?! So - we are pursuing legal advice, as we do have two board members which, no matter what wrong is done by J&N, are no acknowledging the issues. They approve minutes that have omissions (in our detriment and to J&N benefit of course). We all do mistakes, but why hide it like this? Why not honestly say... we did a mistake? What else is to be hidden?

  • After buying our house, we were asked to give a review on Yelp regarding our experience. I have lived in our Maxim home for about 9 months now and I am fully prepared to accommodate their request. I will NEVER buy a Maxim home again. Polly Watts, I've read your responses on other reviews so allow me to say that I understand that all work is done by licensed contractors and that Maxim doesn't have anything to do with the remodeling work. Your 'pass the buck' responses on other reviews are duly noted. Personally, I think that is a terrible way to do business but if that's how Maxim's wants to run the company, that is certainly their right to do so. That said, if Maxim cares at all about it's reputation, I would find some new contractors OR I would at least have a Maxim representative walk through the home to ensure it meets certain standards before slapping the Maxim name on it. Otherwise you'll end up with homeowners like me, who now associate Maxim with lazy labor done by licensed contractors who take no pride in their work. In my opinion, when you slap your company's name on it, you take responsibility for it--good or bad. (In this case it's bad. Very, very bad.) Your name and Maxims name are on these transactions (I'm referencing the other bad reviews). Take responsibility and change the way you do business instead of pointing the finger to someone else down the line. Passing the buck to someone else is the lazy, unethical way to do business. Take some responsibility and address the fact that the work being done here is terrible. For those who are interested here is why I say that: The "new windows" they installed leak. And not just one window. I'm having to uninstall and reinstall ALL the windows. When I pulled the windows out, there was broken glass, rusty nails, trash and debris that was mashed into the framing around the new window. I can only assume the contractors smashed the old windows out and just set the new ones in without cleaning up the mess. Also, some new windows still had the old window's metal frame inside the new window! The didn't even take out the old metal window frame before putting the new window in. I had a window company come quote me to do all this work and he refused the job because he had serious concerns about how the windows were set and installed. He said it would be too big of a liability for his company to do anything with them. Our beautiful "new tile roof" has to be reinstalled. The contractor who inspected the home said the new tiles were not installed correctly (the spacing is wrong) and there are missing tiles on the roof. Sounds like a lazy licensed contractor to me. Also, in the "newly remodeled kitchen" the dishwasher and the garbage disposal's power were somehow tied together. The dishwasher would only run if the garbage disposal was turned on!! I have no idea how a licensed electrician allows that to happen. Our home inspector said in all the years he had been doing inspections, he had never seen that before. I'll be honest, sometimes I lay awake at night in my Maxim home and I think, "Man, I sure hope that licensed electrician didn't touch anything else in the house." A smaller issue, but still indicative of the work Maxim allows, is the bathroom tile. It's clearly a tile that comes in sheets and the tile has a simple black and white pattern. It's not hard at all to lay the tile sheets in a way that maintains the simple pattern. Nope. The contractor didn't even try. The pattern is all screwed up because someone didn't care enough to lay it correctly. Again, it's not a huge deal but it's indicative of the total and complete disregard for doing something the right way. To me, the tile is just flat out, unadulterated laziness. If you're thinking about buying a Maxim property, I would suggest you stay away. The house might look pretty but in my case, it's the ol' "lipstick on a pig" situation. But, if you simply can't resist the property, I would suggest having approx 30-50k on hand to undo and redo a significant amount of work. Also, if you decide to move forward with Maxim, check to make sure there is a vent for the dryer, outlets in each room and a waterline to the fridge. Our house was missing all those things.
