  • I have had great experiences at this clinic with 2 of the doctors on both of my cats. Love the hours. Vet was very responsive to questions. Great diagnosis of both asthma on one cat and cancer with the other. I go here for all of my non specialist veterinary needs.

  • Teresa was super responsive, responsible, obviously very experienced with shy cats, sent us updates when requested. We were relieved to see pictures she took of the cat that showed that the our kitty was starting to be more comfortable with her. We paid $22/day plus some extra on holidays for her to come up once a day, feed the cat and bring the mail in. Extremely reasonable. Will definitely use her services again.

  • Sit Means Sit has been transformative for our dog Benson. He was a rescue and quite a handful with his 90 pound size and super high strung personality. He simply would not listen and was being very destructive around our home when we were gone. There was a point when I thought I was going to have to give him back to the shelter. Instead we turned to Sit Means Sit and now our lives are much more harmonious. We did the extreme day training with Benson twice a week for three weeks and worked with him a ton at home. The Sit Means Sit Trainers helped us communicate with our dog better and build a strong relationship with him. I am so thankful for the experience with Sit Means Sit and was truly shocked at the results even after the first day of training. Sometimes dog owners just need a trainer who can help breakdown communication barriers and keep training fun for the dog. We now have our puppy Obi learning the ways of Sit Means Sit. Everyone at the South Austin location was so great and we have a much deeper bond with out pets as a result of the training process.

  • The facility was clean when we walked in. They had sufficient, friendly staff and the facility was nice and quiet. We’ve never boarded our cat before but if I had to do it again, I would feel comfortable leaving him in their care.

  • Great! Needed to medicate dog’s eyes & did an excellent job. On time. Very responsive. Have also used for pedicures which they do well. My German Shepherd responds very positively to their care and likes them.

  • Amazing attention was paid to our boys and Tanya and her team were extremely responsive. They are very professional and organized. They went through a questionnaire that covered everything from likes and dislikes to what to do in an emergency. They really think of everything. Sonia actually took care of us for this trip and she was so sweet and sent us pictures to show us that the boys were having a great time. Cannot recommend them more.

  • We had just moved to the Valley and needed to find a new dog walker. We have been very pleased with Joanna and Precious Pet Sitters' service for the past year! Our dog loved her at the first meeting and it's very clear she cares a lot about all of the animals. She really takes the time to focus on our dog and make sure he not only has a great walk, but is well cared for overall. She always leaves us notes and updates us after each walk. We're very glad to have found her!

  • She is great. I have followed her from another vet. She bought this vet from another vet that has retired. I like her. She does acupuncture and other holistic medicines. She does all types of medicines, herbs, food, lasers, a lot of different things in addition to the normal. She gave me a sample for food supplements to see if the cat liked it before I purchased it. No other vet has done that.

  • Dr. Peter Erling. They are a regular vet, but they also travel to your home for emergencies. They are a husband and wife team and they are amazing. If it is a night call they charge more, like $500. If it is during the day they will let you know their schedule, that's like $250. They are loving, kind and gentle. The service they provide at home is the best way to go in that situation, it is the best for the pet. They are compassionate and have a lot of empathy. They know what they are doing. They are good at what they do. They do it gently. I was not stressing. You're going to be sad no matter what, but they make it loving.

  • I've used her for 10+ years. Her prices are $40 for 45 minutes. I know she charges differently for dog walking. If you are going to get a nanny for your animals you should get one you trust. She knows how to give them medicine too, she is very good. She's been doing this for 20 years. We have her come once a day for 45 minutes. Holidays and weekends are a little bit more.
