  • It was a fairly complicated surgery. H is extremely detailed oriented and he worked very hard to get the right fit. He took his time while working with me. He has an efficient office staff and they worked well with my insurance.

  • When making the appointment with Dr. Provider name locked. 's office I assumed the price I was quoted included the service my dentist had just discussed  with them.

However, when I arrived,  Dr. Provider name locked. repeated taking the same measurements my dentist had recently taken, glanced at the X-Provider name locked. provided by my dentist, which I brought with me to the appointment, and proceeded to outline a course of treatment.

He hedged when asked about the cost of the recommended treatment, and instead turned me over to his "closer." Evidently the doctor himself was aware of the shame in the number of zeroes that were about to jump into the air and preferred not to be present.

I was quoted $500.00 each for cleaning between two teeth, whose roots are in close proximity to one another. That is, $1000.00 total, for two teeth. To be repeated every three months.

Subsequently I was charged $205.00 for the (roughly) 15 minutes Dr. Provider name locked. and I had occupied  the same room at the same time, and the X-Provider name locked. was <Provider name locked. >not Provider name locked. >returned to me.

Though he made it clear that his specialty does not include extractions, he failed to mention that the disclaimer applies to the mouth area only, not the bank account of the unwitting potential client.

I would definitely NOT allow this man near my mouth OR my wallet under any circumstances, and the credibility of my dentist, who I really like, has taken a serious hit with this referral.

  • HOWEVER. My sharply negative ratings of his office stems from the fact that, while getting deep cleaning (I've had extensive periodontal work done, as well as bridge work), he and his assistants bombarded me with several thousands of dollars worth of treatment that they wanted me to commit to financially on the spot.  I was sitting in the chair, completely out of it, my head and face numb and full of xylocaine, and they were trying to get me to pay $7000 for future services and long-term care.  It is absurdly unprofessional and abusive to pull that used car salesman tactic on someone when they are in intense pain and numbness, and not even able to drive home.  This is care I would have readily agreed to if it had been explained to me while I was not in the chair, and if it had not been done in a manner that strikes me as profoundly unethical.  I recommend Dr. Provider name locked. 's 24-hour care and beyond that absolutely nothing else.
    - Myron S.
