ASo Cal Builders & Design IncSo Cal Builders, replaced our roof, damaged drywall in our living and resurfaced our cabinets. They install a new sink and faucet, backsplash and quartz countertops. Our outdated 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern and gorgeous kitchen. The drywall in our living was replaced. Our living room was painted and looks better than it did before. We are pleased to have a much needed new roof. Everyone who worked in our home wore a mask and practiced social distancing. We highly recommend So Cal Builders to our friends and family.- Bridget A.

He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. He was able to work with my budget around and remodel my kitchen and bathroom exactly how I wanted. The main reason why I decided to go with this company, they were able to start right away, and they were not pushy with us like other companies. All workers were very reliable. Before starting the job we did a walk through with the project manager and informed me the process of the installation. I am so pleased with the job that now I want them to fully remodel the second house of the kitchen that I rent. Everything is absolutely gorgeous and functional! They always showed up on time, due to covid-19 they wore mask, gloves and maintained a distance of 6 feet. We have replaced our tub Combo with a walk in shower and a stand-alone tub for more of a luxury style. Thank you KB Experts for assisting me with the designs, ideas and choosing the right materials. SoCal builders installed hardwood floors throughout, fully remodeled 3 baths and a full paint job. We then decided to retile the kitchen. AAfter getting several bids, I hired Rose City Construction last year to remodel my master bathroom. From the start, I knew I had chosen the right contractor. Communications with the owner, Nick, were clear and he explained the job timeline and what to expect. He and his workers showed up on time and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Nick provided me with great suggestions on some of the design aspects of the remodel. I was even able to get a contractor's discount on many of the products/fixtures. :) I am super happy with the completed work, whole-heartedly recommend Rose City Construction, and would definitely hire them again!!

AThe absolute best! This was our first remodel and after a few meetings with Avi we were so impressed we decided to hire Avi and Finesse to do a remodel of our entire house. The house was in years of neglect and disrepair. This was a HUGE project. Demo and remodel of kitchen, 2 bathrooms and master bedroom, new flooring, tiling, new electrical, HVAC, repair and replacement of windows, painting of entire interior, no inch of the house was untouched, we moved out for two months. Avi, Sam and Joyce were amazing, creative, and always on site or in communication daily. Everyone on Avi’s crew were masters of their craft, at times there were 8-10 workers in the house at the same time, almost all have worked with Avi and Sam for 10+ years. Three months later we have a beautiful home that is in pristine condition. This is totally due to Avi’s vision of what was possible, within budget and done on a very tight timeline. Throughout this process we felt that we were so fortunate to have Avi and his team turning an aging house into a beautiful home.

ADavid was awesome! He delivered on his promise on transforming my kitchen and flooring into something you would see in a home design magazine or HGTV. His team changed my falling apart 70s pressed wood kitchen cabinets, chipped tile floors, and countertop into modern white shaker cabinets made of thick plywood, white quartz countertop, and laminate wood floors. They used top quality materials and completed the job in 2 weeks where every other company told me it would take 4-6 weeks realistically. The team also changed the lighting in my kitchen from an ugly micky mouse situation to top notch recessed lighting with a dimmer. The backsplash was updated to a nice white subway tile. Pulling it all together was the base molding and flooring that was added to the entire first floor. The bedroom closets were also updated with sturdy shelving again fixing the micky mouse job the previous owner of the home had. All in all I would recommend David and Home Pro Green remodeling. They not only did the job very quickly but they delivered on a high quality product. Thank you David! 🙂 Looking forward to working with you and your company in the future.

AThis was my second time working with Shai Butel and it was as much of a pleasure as the first. This time we were remodeling an entire 2900sqft 1960's house. Shai took it down to the studs and built it back. The finish is so perfect everyone who visits thinks it's a brand new home.
