Boarding reviews in Los Angeles

  • The facility was clean when we walked in. They had sufficient, friendly staff and the facility was nice and quiet. We’ve never boarded our cat before but if I had to do it again, I would feel comfortable leaving him in their care.

  • Everything was perfect! The dogs were very happy during their stay (she sent me picture updates) and very calm and happy when I came to get them. She gave them lots of attention and play time. Very happy with Jill! Highly recommend!

  • Kathy and her entire team are devoted animal lovers who genuinely care for the pets placed with them as if they were their own.  My two "boys" always come home happy, healthy and freshly bathed.  It's so nice to have a place where I know my pets are not only safe but also loved, and a huge relief to not worry about them while I'm gone.

  • I have 3 dogs and 2 of them are blind. I feel so comfortable boarding them at Melissa's. Her home is dog friendly, plenty of dog beds, nice sized yard, and they are free to lay on the couch. Melissa is not only loving and caring towards them, she is very knowledgeable about dog behavior. Her home is my dogs' second home. I highly recommend the Pet Concierge/Canine Club.

  • Ashley and her crew are by far the best doggie daycare in all of L.A.  Not only is Romp n Roll affordable, but they pick up and drop off, and my dogs could not be happier there.
I've been sending my dogs to Romp N Roll since I first moved back to L.A, in 2013.  They go almost every day because my wife and I work full time, and we want to make sure they're loved and watched while we're gone.  When we leave town, we also leave our little guys with Ashley.  i know how much my dogs love romp n roll because of how they react to Ashley or anyone from her crew when they come to pick them up.  They can't wait to leave the house, as if I didn't even exist!
The other thing I really like about Romp n Roll is how flexible Ashley is.  She never hesitates to make accommodations if she can, and is extremely responsive to text messages.
Finally, when we got our second dog, Renly, Ashley was a star for us.  She made sure to keep him inside with her before he got all his shots, and really gave him special attention.  I always feel safe when Ashley and the Romp N Roll crew has my dogs.
Anyone in L.A. who is considering sending their dogs to daycare should send them to Romp N Roll.  With the pick up and drop off, and the awesome rates, there's really no comparison.

  • They are really good. Their prices were reasonable. I was comfortable with their service. It was $30 per pet per night. They don't require the cats be multi-vaccinated. They take good care of the animals.

  • They are just good people. They work with a shelter and take in animals into their home that need temporary housing and care for and rehabilitate to get them back into the roster for adoption. They have two of their own pets and they usually have one additional pet they are caring for.

  • My dog goes to Urban Dog for daycare and boarding.  The place is very clean, air conditioned, and the staff is very dog-friendly.  My dog always seems excited to go there.   I have also used the grooming services.  They did a lovely job.  I wish their prices were not so high, but they seem competitive.

  • SHE LOOKS LIKE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CAT! The last groomer I took my cat to was one of those mobile groomers. Long story short my cat bit her. When I told that to these groomers they commented that they must not have used a mask on her. When I brought Me0w in she got her own kitty condo, which was a room to herself with a locking door, water, and litter box. When I came to pick her up she was hiding (as usual.) She smelled so good, her nails were clipped, she had a cute pink bow on her collar, and she looked like a little kitten! I love her cut and I think she does too. I haven't seen a hairball since her haircut and I feel like she's more confident. She is the posterchild for scaredy cats everywhere, but I swear she has been coming out and meeting strangers more readily. It's quite an improvement. I am definitely going back! Me0w and I say thank you!

  • This was our first time leaving our dog for an extended period of time. We were very nervous given the fact she is a rescue prone to anxiety and shyness. We decided to board her in a dog sitter's home (Marc L.) to make the transition as smooth and home-like as possible. I have to say, Marc L. put us completely at ease! Whenever I asked for updates, he sent me a picture of our girl instantly. We got regular reports on her. He was genuinely caring and kind. Jody and the rest of the crew were so professional, prompt, friendly and accommodating. I recommend them without reservation and will definitely be using their services in the future!
