  • When I first met him face-to-face, I was surprised by his line of questioning... he was very interested in learning "how" my pain began, what I was doing exactly.  He asked me many questions to gain insight as to where my problem really stemmed from.  More questions than anyone asked me up to that time.  Then after about 30 minutes of truly listening to me describe what I was feeling, he began to pour his oil, and Provider name locked. hands on me and perform his therapy.
He must have found 20-30 spasms on me in that initial treatment, and he worked on me as much as the pain would allow me to endure. After our session my body was reddish, where he worked, and I was very sore.  Hard to manage a driver's wheel.  I wished I hadn't drove myself to see him...  But the next morning I felt 50% better physically (huge improvement), and 100% better mentally because I finally had confirmation of my physical distress.  All my general anxiety just faded away from that day on.  Provider name locked. is a very kind man and very gifted with his technique.  He periodically checks to see how you're able to handle his massage, and he's done it so long he is great at gauging you on his own.  I started seeing him 2-3 times a week at first.  He is able to knock out many things with just one session.  But I had a lot going on... I go maybe once a month now just for maintenance., and it generally feels good once you're used to it.  He's like no other massage experience you'll ever experience.
I'd definitely recommend him to anybody experiencing pain.  Especially people struggling with chronic pain!!!  I'm telling you, he is hands down (no pun intended), the best I've ever worked with.

  • Mom and I met with Hadas, one of the owners to interview the company.  Hadas is not only a very nice person, she is also a nurse that has specialized in Gerontology!  She is compassionate and was very thorough in finding out my mothers specific needs. She also checked the house out to make sure safety measures were in place such as safety bars in the bathroom, shower... She also went over a thorough medical history on my mom.   The companions that are hired are heavily screened and matched to their person.  We had interviewed another company that paled in comparison to the services Carenet LA provides!  Living out of state, I have been worried about my mom being taken advantage of like so many elderly people are.  I have to say, I was cynical about leaving my mothers well being in the hands of relative strangers.   It has only been a few weeks that we have been using this service but so far, so good.  Calls are returned promptly and they really bend over backwards to accommodate the needs of their individual clients.  They have even recently installed a medic alert system in my moms house in the event something should happen when no one is there.  She can basically push a button and get help from paramedics, police...  The lady that is caring for my mom is really pleasant and cooks good meals for my mom as she has lost so much weight. Like anything else new, there is a period of adjustment to be expected as people are getting to know eachother and the clients particular needs, likes and dislikes.   These folks are compassionate.  So far from Hadas, to her staff, and the caretaker, I feel as if these people treat us like they would family.  So far we have not been billed so I couldn't answer that question.  I will continue to post updates as to the services as I think it is really important for the public to know about places like Carenet LA that really seem to be on the ball. So far, I am happy to report that all is going well with this company.  If you are out there looking for a service such as this for someone you love, do yourself a favor and give them a call for a meeting.
    Kind Regards & Appreciation,

  • Overall, I liked them very, very much.  If you have a problem with a certain physical therapist that they sent they were so quick to switch to someone different.  They were very, very responsive.  The people that came in the various categories, they had one nurse that is like a case manager then they had a home health care nurse.  I requested a bath nurse who came an did a very caring and thorough job.  I thought they were fantastic.  They were easy to contact on the phone and like I said, so responsive.
