    The care, love, and quality of service that they provided during such a difficult time in the ICU and hospice for my 97 year old mother was just incredible. My mother and I are so thankful to have been in such good hands.

    Benefit packages was wonderful ! BENEFIT PACKAGES WAS WONDERFUL!!!!
    I would 100% suggest anybody wanting to join Medicare and is totally confused, as I was,to contact BENEFIT PACKAGES. They explained everything to me in full. I know, I asked the same questions over and over again,as at first it was rather confusing. They made it very much easier to find the best plan for me and at a cost I could afford.They set everything up,also the monthly payments with my bank and also for my prescription plan. I can't rate them highly enough!!!!

    I use Blue Shield.  I am currently using them.  They could lower the prices by quite a bit.  I'm not extremely happy with them.  I am going to stay with them because the other choices are worse.

    Craig was super responsive, and even though I had called him initially just to figure out my options, we actually got the process underway that day. I kinda forgot about it for a week, but Craig followed up and resent his already-ready-to-go email link, and finishing up the application and submitting it took 10 minutes. (It was NOT the administrative nightmare of years past!) I had a few questions about the best policy for my age vs. the price, and he had some good insight. Plus, he is personable on the phone, actually returns calls, and delivers when he promises. Now I have new (and better) health insurance, and a process I had dreaded turned out to be no big deal.

    They were really good and fast, they're worth it. There was no wait time, I went in and out and knew exactly what it was. I didn't have to wait, they saw me right away, I wasn't in the room too long. That would be my primary urgent care clinic.

    They just need more staff. It's a high-volume location. They are good technicians and they know their medicine. They work very hard. I just find that they are very personable with the clientele that comes in and they do a pretty good review of your medicine protocol, especially because they have quite a few seniors that tend to come in to the pharmacy. They know a lot of patients by their name, which I think gives you like a hometown, old-fashioned kind of service. Right now we are in flu season, so they are inundated. It just seems like more and more people are coming to that location and they need more staff. Call before you go to pick up the prescription and if you are not aware of the protocol to take the drug, make sure that you have questions before you get there. Because they pull you aside and they do counseling with you and some people just don't know the expectation of the drug and the side effects, or how soon you will see the results of the medication and things like that. With the customer service you've got three different parts. You've got the persons who take the order for the medications, you have the pharmacists and then you have a register clerk. So it's kind of confusing when you are putting them all together. I thought that the register people were not the best. So that's the different parts of the pharmacies that you are dealing with. i was calling before I got there and they put me on hold for twenty minutes and never came back. So I finally just came down there, but that was the front person answering the phone. That's what happened when people are overwhelmed and don't have enough staff. They need to have an additional person there to just maybe answer the phone during the peak time.

    I haven't had any problems. Again, it's the plan my previous employer provided the retirees. You have an option when you retire and fortunately Kaiser is one of them. I had Kaiser when I was working and naturally I wanted to stay with them. Both of my parents use Kaiser when they retired and I have followed that path. It is an excellent system. It's a plan that Los Angeles county has available and it has a large base.

    In and out with minimal wait. Doctor took biopsy. Waiting for results.

    Overall Kaiser is a (relatively) inexpensive and convenient health care provider. GP referral to specialists requires no contact by patient. Specialist office calls the patient to set up appointment. Lab work is authorized by doctor using computer system and patient goes to lab a time convenient for him or her. Results are sent to patient via email.
