    Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning
Pat and the crew are highly recommended by me. Alonzo came out right away to give us a quote for a gutter cleaning and repair of our existing installation. We had a poorly designed setup from years ago, draining into nowhereland -- and they quickly figured out what we needed to do! They gave me a quote and ordered the parts needed (our gutters are round). We scheduled the installation and everything went great, they re-routed our gutter to go exactly where we needed, and spliced the existing downspouts into the new gutter. They cleaned all the gutters on our 2 story tall roof, no problems and no mess left behind. And they kept the costs low. They also were very flexible with the installation scheduling and got the work in before the torrential Los Angeles rains.

    Jobe Roofing Co
DONT SIGN A CONTRACT! Durning a heavy rain in Feb 2018 I discovered I had a leak. Jobe was listed in a neighborhood pamphlet of local businesses so I gave them a call for an estimate and their sales rep came out to my house. Garon seemed like just about the nicest, most trustworthy guy ever so I went ahead and decided to use them and they could send a crew out that weekend before the next big rain was due. Theres a tree over my house and I discussed with Garon the fact that I would not have time to arrange for a different company to come out and get the branches cut and off the roof before that Saturday. Garon said not to worry, that his guys know how to do the trimming, and even though his boss preferred they didnt do this type of work, Garon would talk to his boss and the crew and make sure it got done under these times sensitive circumstances. The customer service seemed so excellent to me that I decided to go ahead and sign a contract for annual roofing maintenance with them as well. When Garon showed me the $700 price on the contract, I told him that seems like a lot and he assured me that with all the extra work they were going to do trimming the tree that made the 700 very reasonable and that the yearly maintenance plan with only be about 400 - 500 in future years. Two men came out that Saturday from Jobs at about 10 AM. They did not do any tree trimming. They put a ladder up against my garage in the backyard but never once went up at! At about 11 AM they knocked on my door to tell me they were done. I asked them if the leak was fixed, when they were going to trim the trees so they could perform the inspection and maintenance, and what about the garage, and they told me that wasnt on their paperwork, sorry, call the office, and bye. I immediately called Garon and left a message. He didnt return my call by Monday so I called again. I left Garon several messages that week and when he never returned my calls, I called the office to complain. I told a very nice lady on the phone this whole thing and she said she was going to transfer me to Jobes direct line and to just tell him everything and he would fix things. I did that. I left Jobe several messages and never heard back. Until NOVEMBER. Jobe called me late on a Friday evening while I was driving home from work and left a voicemail message very nicely telling me he was sending me to collections for not paying my due amount from the contract I signed. I called back immediately. It went to voicemail (which I am very familiar with what happens when you leave Jobe a voicemail). The next morning I noticed that Jobe had emailed me telling me the same thing. I responded immediately how disappointed I was that they didnt do the work that was agreed to, wouldnt return my calls, and that they still expected me to pay just because Ive been nave enough to sign a contract with them. I said I would be at his office first thing Monday morning to pay them. There was no one there Monday morning when they opened that could take my payment and I had to wait over an hour and a half until a manager arrived. The manager was a very nice man who took my payment and give me a receipt and said he was so sorry to hear Ive been so frustrated. And thats it! Now its February 2019 and it just rained cats and dogs yesterday and I still have the same leak that I originally called Jobes for last year!!! Im very angry and frustrated at myself for being dumb enough to sign a contract like that where I have absolutely no recourse for work never performed and they couldve still put a lien on my house. These are not honest, good business people. The folks at Jobes seem to specialize in acting really, really super nice to get you on the hook, but then simply not bothered about not delivering what they agreed to. Be very, very careful about only hiring these folks for one tiny job at a time and getting every detail in writing and somehow documenting your before and after. If you dont, and youre as trusting as I was, you will be on the hook for a LOT of money for nearly nothing and an awful experience. This was an EXTREMELY expensive lesson for me and I STILL have to get my leak fixed!!!

    Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning
I contacted Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning late in the day on Wednesday. They contacted me and gave me a time window for the next morning. They showed up in the window promised and their crew did a good job. I would recommend and use again going forward for annual service.

    Roof Rx
Ricardo Guzman arrived on time and performed the work in an expert, professional and clean manor. He went the extra mile and corrected some sloppy work the electrician did which loosened some roof tiles. Ricardo even painted all the pipes so they would be consistent! He cleaned up all the gutter leaves and swept around the area he worked. He then provided pictures of all the work he had done. THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! THEY PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE ROOF AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE THEN THEY PROVIDE AFTER PICTURES!!! When we need our roof done which is hopefully not soon, we will hire them. I will hire them to do roof maintenance (gutters etc) on a regular basis. The whole process from beginning to end was great!!

    Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning
My initial experience with Patrick Bresnahan was good. When his two guys came (Eduarto and Francisco) they quoted me a price and we negotiated it down to $250. I asked them how long it would take to clean the gutters and Eduarto told me 45 minutes. I told him to do a good job. He told me if it was a bad job it would be done in 30 minutes. Well, they completed the work in 20 minutes. Eduarto kept on rushing Francisco. He also seemed extremely impatient with me and my concerns. When Francisco was trying to explain some stuff to me, Eduarto kept on yelling at him to tell him to get out. It was overall an extremely uncomfortable experience for me. ___ UPDATE: The owner was very responsive and apologized for the bad service. He offered to clean my gutters for free next year personally.

    Roof Rx
After getting the inspection reports I called back, added an extra clean up request, then scheduled the work on both the deal and the extra clean up. Ricardo Guzman came out and did a great job, above and beyond the scope I expected from the description of the services. Neither Ricardo nor Bill tried to pressure me into additional work I could not afford. They patiently spoke with my fiance who oversaw the actual work and I ended up getting more value for my dollar expended. They cleaned the roof and gutters, did the sealant work and nailed the sagging gutters. These guys are professional, trustworthy and hard working. I highly recommend them and this deal!

    Eric's Roofing Inc
How did it go? Well enough. My first call to the company I ended up leaving a message with my phone number included twice but did not get a call back. My second call was answered by Eric who seemed tired and harried. He arranged for two of his guys to come first thing the next morning which I appreciated. My car was moved at 8am to allow for a space for their truck. Eric called at 8:30a to say that they would be coming between 11am and noon. At 11:25, two men arrived. They evaluated that I had 80 feet of gutter to clean and that it would take two to three hours at a cost of $320. Because it was now late and I was going to need to go to work, I agreed over the phone with Eric that they would do just the half that was blocked for $200. They worked for twenty-five minutes and cleaned up for another five. The lead man whose English was better than my Spanish kept saying "good-bye" as though they were finished when they hadn't cleaned up the debris that had come off the roof. It is not clear to me that they would have had I not pointed it out to them. As far as I could tell they did not do anything a handyman would not have been able to do. With me watching they swept up the fallen debris and blew the rest down the steps into my carport and under their truck so when they pulled away I was left with the remainder of the mess.

    Sudbud Window Cleaning
Beautifully! We have had Jon cleaning our gutters since 2010. He always does an excellent job, including clean-up. This is the first time we also had him do the exterior of our windows. They sparkle! He is one of the most dependable service providers we have had. I highly recommend him.

    A-Plus Gutter Systems
It was a pretty small job and the scheduler was able to fit me in between other appointments (and before an impending rainstorm). What I liked was in the estimate he offered 3 options depending on what the conditions were when they got on the roof. The job ended up calling for the middle option which was $300, and the man who did the work seemed to do a thorough job.
