  • I feel worse than I did before I went to see him. My back was hurting tremendously in one spot near my shoulder blade. Frequently doctors do not take enough notes, Dr. Provider name locked. was no exception. I did not get the massage that was included in my Big Deal. He seemed to think that I was not ready. They did not explain to me exactly what was going to be done. He stated that I could swap the massage for another appointment or massage at a later date. He did what was called a cold laser therapy for a few minutes. He then put me in another room with a lady that completed electrical stimulation therapy on me. She attached LSI electrodes that were supposed to speed up my healing. He also did a small amount of manipulation. He was questioning whether or not I was ready. He decided to do it anyway. I asked before I talked to him about if I should have any xrays before we do anything and he stated no. He adjusted my back and that seemed to go fairly well. Shortly there after, I was unhappy when he put a G5 weighted massager on my back. I stated that I was uncomfortable and he continued even though it felt too heavy. Later he stated that he barely touched me. Before I left, I said that I was not sure if I would be physically be able to go to work. He stated that if it all possible, I should stay home. He then gave me a neck brace that I paid extra for. I also purchased some ice packs. The neck brace made me feel confined and uncomfortable. The next day I called him because when I woke up I was in excruciating pain from my shoulder socket to my finger tips. He stated that I have a bone out of place. I asked which one and he could not tell me which one or what he meant by that. He listed many things that it could have been. I was in so much pain that I could not go to work. He apologized and stated that what I need is an MRI. I had before made an appointment for the following Monday. I did go in to get copies of my paperwork and he did not make very good notes. He wrote notes about my call, but nothing specific. I returned the neck brace without a problem. He told me good luck and sent me on my way.I thought he would have at least referred me to a place that could give me an MRI. I cannot even stand the thought of going back to him or to any other chiropractor. I am not saying that he did anything purposefully wrong, I know that he was trying to help, but I am much worse. I am concerned that he did not listen to his instincts.

I called his office the next day to tell him that everything was worse and hurting. I told the nurse that I was coming in to get the charts and notes. I found that he made notes on the charts. It seems like he added this on when he found out that he was coming in. I have since then lost my job because I could not go to work. It's not his fault that I lost my job but he is the one that advised me to not go to work and rest my back. I'm afraid that he is going to try to use that "no manipulating" to get off the hook if have to go to see another medical professional and they ask about it.

  • I received a tour of the facility when I arrived for my appt. I was impressed that it is a total overall "back wellness" facility.  They have a weight room, massage rooms, etc.   The chiropractor, Dr. Provider name locked. , was friendly and patient and spent about 20 minutes talking to me to understand my back problem & examining me. In addition to adjusting me, they did eStim and used machinery I've never seen to help relieve the pain.  I actually had to cut the treatment short so that I could get back to work.  Because of a hectic schedule, I haven't been able to schedule appointments as often as I should, which they scold me about.  I've had about 5 appointments overall and always feel completely better afterwards.  I was even able to get a massage, covered by insurance!!   I highly recommend this place.

  • He is concerned about his patients especially their feelings and sensative to their needs and comfort, that goes for the whole staff. He will get you in as soon as you possibly can even if it is the same day.
