Called Provider name locked. on a Monday morning, left a voicemail requesting a visit to get a quote and hopefully schedule the work to happen by the end of the week. Got a call back from his office administrator less than 20 minutes asking for some quick info about the job. She told me Provider name locked. was out on other calls but could come by in the afternoon, that he could call me when he was about 30 minutes away to make sure I still want him to come.
Got the call about 2 hours later and he came by; his quote seemed very reasonable (Note that nobody else that I called and left messages with ever called me back) and I needed the work done asap..He was also polite and professional. He thought he had an opening on Friday but would have to wait until he got back to the office to confirm. Sounded fair to me, so I told him to call me as soon as he knew.
True to his word, later in the evening he called me and told me he did in fact have the Friday opening if I still wanted him to do it. I knew I wouldn't be home but I would leave the back gate open for him to access the areas where the trees are.
On Friday, he called me to tell me he was getting there later than he anticipated, again when he finally did get there, and again a few hours later when he was leaving saying he was done. He told me to check out the work when I get home and if it was all good, to contact his office administrator again to work out the payment. The work was all good, by the way. Two trees removed, another tree trimmed.
This was probably the easiest-going experience I've had with a vendor/contractor like this. I extremely appreciate that they were very responsive and that Provider name locked. was very communicative with me on what he was going to do, and actually followed through with what he said he was going to do every step of the way. I can't recommend Provider name locked. enough for their customer service alone.

I was referred to this service froma business card left at my door. I contacted them and spoke to Provider name locked. (the name on the business card) and he came by for a quote. We agreed on the work to be done and set a date for the work to begin the following week. He said he needed a check for the "materials" so I gave him a check for $3000 (almost the full amount of the job) which I noticed was cashed immediately. The day the work was supposed to start (I believe a monday), Provider name locked. and his crew were a no show. I never received any call from Provider name locked. saying he would be late or not making it. I had to "go looking for him" and of course I called him. Ernies excuse was that he was finishing a job elsewhere because he supposedly promised a job to a client. I reminded him that he cashed my check and that he had to show up the next day. I just needed the work done. Reason being we had a planned baby shower at our house and I didn't have the time to find someone else.
So next day (a couple days after he was supposed to start), Provider name locked. shows up and they start working. And by "they" I mean his guys. Provider name locked. stands back and "supervises" as everything is going on. He even dissappeared a few times. So he originally said the job would be a couple days but it got dragged out to be a week long. Reason being, he forgot it was a holiday that weekend and didn't plan to have the sod delivered ahead of time. Anyway, the job was eventually completed and the quality of the work was fine. I was content with everything up to that point. I still owed Provider name locked. a final payment of $1000 so he came by to pick up the check a couple weeks later. While he was there, I showed Provider name locked. a large section of grass that was turning yellow. Provider name locked. said he would come by and replace it if need be. I told him I'll keep watering it and see if there's any change. Sure enough there wasn't and there was a dead circle of grass in the center of the yard.
So I gave Provider name locked. a call (cause I figured he was a man of his word) and he said he was in Ensenada but would send someone by the house. Nobody ever came by. Called him several more times as the months passed. Same answer and same result. Continued to call and left several voicemails. None of my calls were returned. Eventually, one day I had my wife call from her phone (a different number) and Provider name locked. answered. She politely told him the issue and Provider name locked. said he "sent someone by" (not true) but would send someone by "again" supposedly the next day. We were home all day the following day waiting for one of his guys to show up and nothing. So Provider name locked. not only lied to me but he also lied to my wife. By this point, several months had already passed and I pretty much gave up on the guy.
Fast forward to about a week ago, (about 4 months after job) we came home from out of town and found pieces of sod (and they looked like leftovers from a job) on our concrete patio. We never received a phone call from Provider name locked. that anyone would be dropping off any sod. Also since we were gone, we had no idea how long it was left there. Just by looking at it you could tell the sod pieces were in rough shape. Not only that but did Provider name locked. really expect me to replace the dead sod myself?! Last I spoke to him in person he told me HE would fix it! Now I have pieces of dead sod and a mess to clean up from my patio and oh yea...there's still the dead spots in my lawn that needs to be addressed to.
So of course I called Provider name locked. about the sod pieces (I'm assuming but pretty sure) he so graciously left on our patio and asked him what the deal was. A man answered and said he would "tell Provider name locked. " and have him get back to me but I noticed the voice sure did sound a lot like Provider name locked. . So I said "Hey Provider name locked. ". There was a pause for a few seconds and then he hung up on me. Normally I wouldn't care to write a review but that last experience over the phone was the last straw. Such bad manners and business practices that I hope nobody else has to deal with.
So for anyone reading this considering to hire Provider name locked. M. Provider name locked. TREE SERVICE for work I'll say this...
I had no issues with his guys. They worked hard and did their job but dealing with Provider name locked. is a headache. Get ready for the runaround and chasing him down to start/finish a job. He'll show up and do the work when its convenient to him and he'll always have an excuse! don't pay him up front until all the work is done and his promises are fulfilled because he won't follow through even if he gives his word. Good luck!

Provider name locked. was prompt and completed the work quickly. He is friendly and professional and offered helpful advice. He and his team cleaned up my yard as well as the neighbors where leaves and branches had fallen. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.
