    I found Horizon Construction on the Houzz app after several attempts to connect with a few other contractors. I sent an email on a Sunday and got a response the following Monday. The great communication with Horizon continued through my entire project of a complete remodel of my kitchen, guest bathroom and walk in closet. They also installed all new windows and tile flooring. My project manager was David and he was the best, made himself available to me for all of my many questions and decisions even while he was on vacation!     Very well. David was an hour later than estimated, but that was understandable as there was a customer ahead of me. He did an excellent job on both sinks; they look brand new. He was courteous, professional, and followed up with an emailed invoice for my records. I would recommend this firm.

Karen from Pro Tub contacted me right away and expedited my repair. Chris, the serviceman was prompt, clean, and efficient. I have a perfectly resurfaced tub all within a week at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these services if you are in need.

    It went very well. Chris who did the work was on time and professional. He did an excellent job, as did Karen who works in the office. The tub looks fabulous, better than I could have imagined, and it comes with a limited 2 year warranty. Love, love love it!

    Right on time and very professional!!! More importantly, Amazing job! couldn't be more happy with the job. There were a lot of chips that had to be filled in along with holes from the shower doors, I can say enough about the work that was completed. I have another rental that the tub/shower had to be completed on and I have already scheduled them to complete the work....

    They did an excellent job. Not likely we would use them again, we don't have another tub. It took a few hours to do the job and then we had to wait a day to use it. It was a one person job.

    Job went smoothly. A week went by before I could look at the finished product. I noticed a part where it looked like the worker touched the wall. Then I noticed a run, and another run, and another run, etc. If this was for my personal home, I would have called them out to fix it. It is for a rental apartment, so whatever.

    We had our shower stall replaced.  Dan gave us the original estimate and answered all our questions.  The plan called for them to demo the shower walls/tile, remove the basin and put in a new door. Dwayne and Felipe came out to do the work.  Dwayne was able to fit the new walls over the old tile.  Not only did that save us from the mess that a demo would have caused but it also meant we did not have to touch up the paint around the shower.  We were very pleased with the quality of their work.  Don?t expect it to be done in 24 hours. If all goes well, a job like ours takes about 2 days for the initial labor then you have to wait a few more days for the door to arrive.  Our job took a little extra time because we ran into one bump along the way caused by water puddling in the basin.  Scott, one of the bosses, came out twice to answer our questions and calm our fears. Dwayne and Felipe worked hard to get it fixed.  We are very happy with the finished product.  And we don?t want to leave out Patty, back at the office, who was so helpful.
     One more note, as consumers you need be involved in what?s going on with your project.  We?ve learned over the years that while you may make your wishes known to the salesperson, the work crew isn?t always aware of them.  We had a problem with which way
    the shower door would open because we assumed they had the salesman?s sketches, which they didn't.   Mistakes can happen with even the best of workers and Dwayne and Felipe are two of the best. So stay involved with the process.  Again, we are very pleased with the final product and that we had 24 Hour Bath do the job.

    There was no going behind anyone's back.  Sadly this response is left to once again put the blame on me and make me seem devious with some ulterior motive.  I never asked Ricardo to do the tile because I was trying to get one over on anyone and I doubt I ever made your guy feel like I was threatening him to do the tile work...if that was the case he wouldn't have been asking to do more work for me once his week was over.  When someone tells you they can do something and offers to do something then that's not called getting one over on anyone.  No bathroom updating costs 12k...a remodel could possibly get expensive but not just putting in a few new fixtures that I purchased myself.  And if updating a bathroom costs 12k and up then you should of said there was no way you could do what I wanted for $1500.  And your guys should be trained against us customers that are out to take advantage of them by making them do work not on their list.  Instead of blaming a customer train your employees that if a customer ask for ANYTHING other then what is on a work order...They call the boss.  That's really simple. 

    I'm truly offended by this response from Daniel because it is putting my work ethics and morals in question and making me out to be a devious, greedy, dishonest, sneaky, thieving person.  When in actuality I'm a person who just bought their first home and am naive to construction and workers and all the in-betweens.   I take someone for their word and expect when I give someone money to do a job they do it or inform me they can't.  It's really simple.

    Bill was great. He quoted me the cost and materials over the phone. He came out the next day, after making room for me, and did the job the next day; it required him coming back the following day to remove tape and finish and he was just great. Tub looks brand new. He was very clean, prompt and professional!
