  • On Fri, Nov 4, 2011, my son was leaving for Haiti.  In the morning, he was washing clothes to be packed; suddenly, the machine stopped working.

    I, immediately, remembered that approximately 1 1/2 years ago, I had consulted with Provider name locked. about a possible problem with another appliance.  The problem resolved itself; HOWEVER, I remembered the professional repairman who had discussed the possibilities with me.

    I phoned Provider name locked. ' and stated that the machine had broken and that my son was leaving for Haiti.  The repairperson asked me questions; then, gave me an approx price.  He arrived within the hour and replaced the actuator.  I paid $130.00. 

    While the repairman was at my home, I asked him about replacing four receptacles for my Provider name locked. electric range.  The repairman, Mr. Ovano, left and phoned back to let me know that he had the parts; then, he mentioned that he had a newer Provider name locked. electric range for sale.  He texted me a picture of the range and I choose to buy it for $225.00 plus tax.  Although, I agreed to purchase the new Provider name locked. , Mr Ovano brought both the parts and the Provider name locked. to my home - in case I choose to have my Provider name locked. repaired after having seen the newer Provider name locked. or after having second thoughts about spending  more money.  

    I am very impressed with the service that I have received, on two occasions, from Provider name locked. .  I highly recommend this company and as long as they are in business..I won't be using any other company.

  • On 4/29/11 at 2:30 PM I made a purchase at the Long Beach, Ca. (downtown/5th Ave) store.  I purchased one item.  I used the "something" or less check out line.  I was two back and it took 10 minutes for me to get checked out.  Each of the customers ahead had 5 or less items.  The cashier left her position to assist another cashier and left us standing there for a few minutes.  But, she was pleasant and apologized for the wait.  Because of her expressions to me I was ok with the wait.  I walked out of the checkout line to the exit from the store (about 20-30 feet).  There the person at the door, who saw me exit the checkout stand, saw me with the receipt in my hand and watched me walk toward the door (there were no other customers in the area) asked to see my receipt.  I ask her if she did not see me walk out of the checkout line.  She said she did but needed to see the receipt because she was being watched and would get in trouble if she did not.  I told her that I thought this was ridiculous and a waste of my time.  She was defensive and told me to take it up with her boss.   We exchanged a few more comments in the same Provider name locked. and seeing no successful resolution I left the store.  There was a security person standing a few feet away who witnessed and heard everything.  The negatives outweigh the benefits and I will drive the extra distance to a Costco or Target where they still treat you well.

  • They were different than other places. The first thing other places want is money and they didn t ask for anything upfront, all the cost was at the end of the project. When we went in there and told them we were interested in redoing our kitchen, we started talking to a girl and she turned out to be very good. Her name was Provider name locked. and she was very helpful. She was always concerned that we would have a good experience there. They gave us 3 hours of their time with no charge and they got our business.
