    OZ Handyman
It was excellent. With knowledge of what was required to do the best job. Very professional and paying attention to the smallest detail. We will certainly hire him for the next arrangements we want to make in our house. We recommend it as one of the best contractors we have worked with.

    Axiom Construction & Management LLP
Perfect..Axiom is always available for add'l work I need whether related to their job or not..I live in a condo where many issues aren't under my control, but when I need a "fix" like plumbing/electrical etc (which is outside the scope of my original engagement) they always respond. The price is always right for any job at any price so that isn't a concern I ever have. That is my highest praise..They mention clients are their clients for life so they always respond. No "one and done" mentality.

Scheduled date to start they did not show stated their guy called in sick did not get the call until same day and we had already taken the day off. Then they came two days later and did not finish and had to come back yet again all the while my gate had to be left unlocked. Then in putting it together they over drilled the main support beam and thought it was ok to just plug the holes and they scratched a lot of the paint coloring off down to the bare metal.

    DBL R Construction Inc
DBL R Construction recently built a privacy wall on my patio cover and we cant believe how beautiful and durable this wall is. On the way to getting the project done DBL R experienced some unexpected issues, but Larry and Al (the installer) settled them in an efficient and professional manner. The wall that Al built so closely matches the patio cover that it looks like it was a part of the original cover. The material he used appears to be of a very high quality and built to last a very long time. Thank you very much, Al and Larry. Mike and Dede Mann Las Vegas, NV

It went well.  It has an interesting gutter system for rainfall.  The patio looks great, especially compared to the old wooden patio cover that was replaced with the aluminum product.  The job was performed as planned; on time and within planned time frame.
The only issue I had was that in order to install the patio cover a portion of a corner wood eave had to be cut off.  I was not home at the time and my spouse made the decision to let them do this in order to continue with the install.  I don't know why this had to be done; was it a measuring error?  Makes me wonder if I had been home and refused to let them cut the eave how would it have effected the install?  The "B" for quality refers to the situation with cutting the eave of my house.  We were assured that it was no big deal and that situations like that is typical in the patio cover installation business.  After the work was completed one evening, the next day I inspected the work closely.  The person who cut into the eave of the house did a very shoddy job of it and one portion of the wood looked as if it was hacked off not cut off cleanly.  I took pictures and emailed the images in along with my dissatisfaction with how it was left.  I received a response the next day with an apology and arrangements were made to have someone come back and "clean up" the cut.  It was fixed, sealed and painted to match the color of the rest of the eave.
Other than the cutting of the eave, I'm satisfied with the work.  The patio cover looks great.  Only time will tell how it will wear, but there is a warranty.  "B" for price as it did seem a tad pricey, but I'm hoping it's worth it (as in looks great years into the future).

I called Larry and he set up a time to come out with me the next day. He was right on time and very polite and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted and we walked the rear yard. I told him I preferred three columns instead of the four columns he recommended. He said the roof with all tile would weight too much for three columns so he suggested we do a rolled roofing and matching roof tiles just on the perimeter. Larry also made the columns beefier to match the look I wanted. I told Larry I did not want to perform any serious work until my HOA approved the patio. He waited until we had HOA approval. I did have to turn in the paperwork to my HOA for the patio, but it was easy to do. Once we had HOA approval the guys were fast.I was told 4-6 weeks depending on the permitting and the patio cover was 100% done in six weeks. The patio cover was built to a very high standard and looks like it was built by the new home builder as it integrates seamlessly with the original house. The electrician had to cut into the back wall of the house to tap into the existing electrical. The stucco was repaired so well that you can not tell at all where the cuts were made. The paint on the body and trim was matched perfectly to my current house.

I obtained three estimates before I had any work done and his estimate was tied for the lowest. His estimate was drastically lower than one of the other estimates.

Larry and his crew take pride in their work. They built the patio cover exactly as I had wanted it and cleaned up after themselves. I did ask them to come back and clean up some paint overspray at the very end and they very prompt to come back over and cleaned up the small spots I pointed out. I have the fully signed off building permit and I did not have to make the last installment payment until the building permit was signed off. I highly recommend this contractor.

    Solar City
I went with Solar City because they were on Good Morning America. Shame
on Good Morning America for advertising such a HORRIBLE company. I made a
HUGE, GIGANTIC, mistake signing with Solar City. If I could take down
the panels, I would. They have lied to me since last February when I
signed. I have been put off, lied to, and mislead. Solar City has taught
their salespeople to lie and tell the customer anything just to get
them signed. Finally got hooked up in June and in October, I received a
bill from NV Power for $750.00, while I pay Solar City $112.00 a month
for 73% of Solar Power, which I was promised 95%. Go figure. I have
called Solar City and they told me on 11/15/2015 it's not their problem, but it's ok
that I am now paying DOUBLE in electric when they promised to save me
money. They flat out lied to me. Their customer relations department
doesn't care when you call. Do not ever go with Solar City. They are a
HORRIBLE company. All of the salesmen I have worked with have left the
company. What does that say about the company? Go with Sun Run, they
are a better company and they don't lie and steal from their customers.
My friend went with them, and she is very happy with them

Durakool Patio Covers & Sunrooms, Inc.
They are good. The builders and the office don't talk that well together. The schedule of the office is different with the builders on when they will come to us. The work was really good and they were efficient on what they did. Their price is a little bit higher than the most but they did guarantee on their working.

    Sunshield Awning Co Inc
The workmen worked quickly (finished in one day) and efficiently. They were courteous and professional, answering my jittery questions respectfully and knowledgeably. They also constructed a sunscreen per my request. The finished product is lovely and I would definitely use Sunshield again.

    Skandia Remodeling
Initially, I hired him because I liked the way he worked with women. He addressed me - unlike other contractors who would ask to meet with me and husband. He's flexible and a good listener. He's not the cheapest in town, but he's not the most expensive either.
