Marcia A. Cohen, BS, RN, APN
I would highly recommend Marcia for therapy.  She is an amazing therapist and truly cares about her patients.  I had never been on any kind of medication previously, so I was apprehensive about it. She started me out on a very low dosage and then upped my medication gradual over the course of  a few months. She checked up on me often to see how I was adjusting. A year later, I am doing so much better and honestly don't know where I'd be without her help! My favorite thing about her is her honesty. She is very intuitive, smart and will tell you frankly her opinion. You just have to be willing to listen, trust her and be open to making positive changes. The awesome thing about Marcia is that she will be there for you every step of the way! She's the best!!

I could not get my perscription refilled. Walgreens called on my behalf over 10 times, sent 4 faxes and had his manager called twice. Office just gave the pharmacist the run around and actually got to the point of avoiding his calls once they would find out who it was. Called many times myself to be put on hold then hung up on. Would drive halfway across town for my appt for the office to tell me the doctor was not in when I would get there. That happened twice. I have been to a lot of doctors offices in my life and this is by far the worst I have ever been too. Wouldn't even recommend this place to my enemies.

    Montevista Hospital
This "facility" should be shut down! Our twelve year old daughter was admitted here for mental health issues. Not only did she not receive ANY mental health help, she was basically babysat. The facility is filthy and the kitchen is horrendous! Insects flying around constantly. We wanted to take her out but was told the insurance company would not pay if we took her out against medical advice. Dr. Kolade does not care about his patients, only the money. Then after she was finally released, which in my opinion they were just keeping her there to bill the insurance to the max, I was taken to a "financial" specialist where I had to pay!! They hadn't billed the insurance company yet, how would they know how much to collect, after refusing to pay I was basically forced to sign a document stating that I may owe "1700.00". And after a couple of days, I checked our explanation of benefits and the hospital bilked the claim under my husband. After several attempts to speak with someone and no returned phone calls my insurance company finally git in touch with someone in the billing department and is now, over a month later bring rectified. This place is a joke, do not waste your time or money

I say what is on my mind.  Dr. restates issues clearly which reassures me.  She reviews what meds need to be refilled, adjusted or added and writes scripts.  The best psychiatrist ever out of a dozen or more over the years.

    Zedek, Dr. Ron
Dr. Zedek saved me. He listened intently, provided comfort, answered all my questions and suggested things beyond medical treatment for me to find relief. I notice the jam packed waiting rooms every time I am there and he seems to treat everyone with similar attention and respect. I initially tried some medication that did not work and when I called to tell him he got me in the same day to help me get redirected. He fixed my meds right away and followed up with me to be sure they were working. I would recommend him highly.

    Saleha Baig MD
I called Dr. Baig's office in the last week of November as one of my prescriptions needed refilling ( controlled, needs Dr. visit and a script each refill ). The Receptionist said they were closing their office and the Dr. was no longer available. She then called back the next day and said she would have a script ready for me at the counter. The next day she called and said no - the Dr. needed to see me to write it, so she made an appointment for Dec. 3. On the morning of the 3rd, the receptionist called and said the appointment was cancelled and the Dr. was gone.
Without any formal notice of closing, Dr. Baig abandoned her practice, and left a note on her front door with a list of 7 doctors.
I cannot imagine the suffering this has caused them, not to mention the parents. It is unethical and perhaps illegal.
I am now in withdrawal from the medication and suffering fevers, horrible headaches and risk the possibility of heart attack. Note that many or most of Dr. Baig's patients were children.
I will file a complaint to the Nevada Medical Association, and possibly sue.
Please take her off your list - she is gone.

The receptionist was very nice and greeted me. My appointment was at 12:30 and Dr. Bist saw me on time. The office was quiet and warm, unlike a few other offices here in town!  The Dr. did a professional assessment and history, and I didn't feel rushed or like he was being judgmental. He was friendly and professional, and treated my diagnosis accordingly. Will be returning soon!

    Stone, Dr. Robert C.
He is beyond belief. He takes his time with his patients and is unheard of down here. You normally get 15 minutes if you are lucky. With him you get as long as you need. He may be a little late getting to you because he takes his time with his patients. He is worth the wait. He talks to you and he is wonderful. I absolutely adore him. He is a young man who cares.

    Westerman, Dr. George G.
I set the appointment over a month ago. I put the appointment time into my smart phone calendar and also confirmed the appointment time with office staff a few days before. When I returned the call to confirm the receptionist was in a rush to get off and acted like she didn't know why I was calling back.... this should have been my first clue of the service I would receive. Appearantly, she was not listening very carefully to what I was saying. I drove 45 minutes with a baby to this appointment. I was greated with "You are 30 minutes late" I explained that I had a different time on my calendar, I confirmed, and would not have driven 45 minutes if I knew I was 30 minutes late, I would have just called and rescheduled. The receptionist just sat there shaking her head and hands like so what. She just sat there starring at me as if what else do you want. I have never seen such bad customer relations in a doctors office! There was not even "Sorry for the miscommunication, let me see how quick we can reschedule you" She just sat there starring at me and giving me a rude look. I never got to meet the doctor but I would never go to him with the office staff he employs. I have a feeling that it is his businesses culture... look at his website - the "About Us" page and you will see what I mean.

    Saleha Baig MD
Dr. Baig does very little therapy and mostly medication management. This may be good for people like me who have already tried therapy. Her office can be chaotic. Her staff overbooks her and so you can wait sometimes up to an hour after your appointment time to see her. However, she is very caring and concerned. She is up to date on new treatments. She provided me with extra medication free of charge because it was not covered by my insurance policy. I've seen her give canned goods to needy patients.
Note that for male patients, Dr. Baig is veiled. If this concerns you, you may want to look elsewhere. You may be able to see her husband, Dr. Khaliq Baig. He is also very nice and knowledgeable about the various medications.
