  • Dr. Provider name locked. and his staff are professional and friendly. As soon as I finished filling out my paperwork I was immediately taken back to an examination room by the nurse. After x-rays, my wait to see Dr. Provider name locked. was well under five minutes. Dr. Provider name locked. reviewed the x-rays with me and answered all my questions. I appreciate his promptness, kindness and thoroughness - I wish all doctors had his bedside manner!

  • Dr Provider name locked. initially tried to correct my ingrown toe nail in the least invasive manner--by trimming the nail and giving me an antibiotic to Provider name locked. the infection.  Upon returning to the office it was evident that the infection was clearing up, but I still had significant sensitivity and needed to have the ingrown part of the nail removed.  Such a procedure is very painful; therefore, Dr Provider name locked.  gave me a local anastetic, which was very helpful.  He removed the ingrown part of the nail and then wrapped the toe to prevent infection.  He had me return two weeks later to ensure the toe was healing properly, which it was.  I have not had a problem with the toe since then.

  • Dr. Provider name locked. was very professional and thorough in his examination of my arthritic ankle. An MRI was presented to him and he reviewed the report and film while explaining the conditions that were evidenced in the MRI to me. He confirmed that arthroscopy was a viable option; however he wanted to begin with a more conservative treatment of cortisone and NSAIDS with a follow-up scheduled in 2 weeks. I appreciated and valued this approach as I had seen several orthopedics who wanted to immediately resolve the issue with invasive surgery. (arthrodesis) His professional acumen and willingness to answer all of my questions was very encouraging and much appreciated. I strongly recommend Dr. Provider name locked. to anyone that is experiencing foot/ankle issues.
Office Staff Wait time was almost one hour; however the main receptionist did apprise/update  everyone in the waiting room of the delay and apologized several times.
Checkout and scheduling my follow-up appt went smoothly initially. After making my appt and swiping my cc for my copay, the billing/scheduling assistant returned my card and then suddenly left the office saying she would be right back to give me my receipt. After waiting almost 5 minutes with no one  in the main office, I finally saw the main receptionist walking in the hallway and told her I had been waiting some time for the billing/scheduling assistant to return for my receipt. She apologized for what happened and gave me my receipt to sign and returned a copy to me.
