Plumber reviews in Las Vegas

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Out of all the water filtration companies that have demo'd at our house, Chris of H20TtoGO did an amazing job of explaining the value of the system for house owners here in Las Vegas. He answered all our questions in a friendly and professional manner. I will say it was a toss up with the more expensive Kinetico but in the end my family have been very happy with our decision to go with H2O to Go. As other reviewers have noted, you can immediately feel and taste the difference in water quality!

  • After the purchase of our house, we needed several things done: remove a wall between two bedrooms to make one large master bedroom, create a walk-in closet, and create a laundry space on our first floor. We initially found TCG by pulling the permits from the previous owners to find out who it was that did an amazing job at finishing the basement of our new house. We've have also used The Curtice Group to renovate our front porch- we were very happy with the results. We are in the process of using them again to renovate a back porch into an office, renovate two back steps, and other maintenance work. We've always been very happy with the work done by The Curtice Group- we highly recommend!

  • Dave responded to the Angie’s List inquiry within a minute. Offered to come within 2 hours, but i was not prepared for such an immediate response. Made appointment for the following week and was very accommodating when I had to change the time. The mystery noise turned out to be a misaligned drain pan. Asked Dave if there was a maintenance service for a water heater. He had his assistant flush the water heater to check for rust, and the aluminum anode for wear. It appeared that the mystery noise was serendipitous because the anode was completely worn away. After replacing the anode, Dave offered to come by once a year to flush the water heater as part of customer service. Was worth every penny for the peace of mind.

  • Responded promptly to message, set time, apprised me when en route. Listened to my description of problem and history. Evaluated and offered options snaking or hydrojet cleaning of drain. Opted for snaking. Set up, snaked line, ran hot water until sink was draining well and cleaned up work area. Guarantees work for 1-year. Highly satisfied.

  • I cannot recommend Tony and his crew with Pure Plumbing enough! Our small issue turned out to be a much needed replacement of all the interior 55 year old corroded cast iron pipes. We were out of the house for 6 days and the communication was above and beyond. I was updated every step of the work and never had to wonder what was going on at the house, that was priceless to me. Every bit of the work was explained completely, even the unexpected obstacles that my house likes to throw out during any project. The work was priced and they stood by their estimate, even working late many nights to get us back in the house as soon as possible. The work itself is amazing. Tony and his crew are so professional, clean up leaves the area looking better than they found it (ty!). I have my plumbing company for all my future work in Pure Plumbing & Tony. Pure Plumbing & Tony I am more than happy to recommend for all your plumbing needs!

  • I supplied the disposal and he installed it. I am trying to see if I can get any part of the cost of the disposal. Can't get answer as the evidently the installer did not get an approval. So I am waiting . I am only looking for a partial reimbursement

  • Had a Saturday morning leak in water softener; the company that installed it did not respond so I called Vegas Valley Plumbing. Keith called back immediately, had me take photo's of the unit and send to him, then he talked me through the shut-off procedure. We then scheduled a visit on Monday. Houston the Service Tech looked at the leak, but suggested I get work done by installer as it should be under warranty, and would accept no payment. Subsequently, the install company responded.) I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and courteous -- Exceptional. Vegas Valley will definitely be my go-to Plumbing service company, and I highly recommend.

  • Bryce did an amazing job on my tankless water heater. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very fast. He even took the time to show me how to flush the water heater and clean the filters. Would highly recommend!!

  • Great company to deal with. They worked around my schedule and when they had a delay called me right away to explain the problem. (with an apology for the delay) Upon arrival, the worker had me show him where the tank was and open a gate for him and he handled the rest quickly and very professionally. Start to finish was well under an hour. I had dug out the cover and made sure it was cleared enough to be lifted off as that saves considerable money. Otherwise, you have to pay for a backhoe and workers to locate and dig out the cover. Our clay rich soil can act like cement and anchor the lid in place until you break the seal loose around it. If you have an extra $500 or so, or can't find anyone who knows how , or has the time to use a shovel, that actually isn't that bad. (the dig out can cost more than the price for the clean out alone though!) I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone with a septic tank. The cost was with the lid uncovered and ready to be opened and for a 1500 gallon tank.

  • Last week I called Anytime Plumbing to get an estimate for some work I needed They sent a guy named Michael. Here is what I needed done, hook up dishwasher, install new sink, faucet and garbage disposer, hook up water line to refrigerator, and install new cartridge in bath faucet. For this he came up with $250.00 for parts and $1200.00 in labor. He did not give a list of parts needed and claimed it would take 8 hours to complete. I have been remodeling houses for 20 years and 8 hours seemed way too much. When you schedule work you have to sign the estimate which I did. I then added up all the things I wanted done and it did not add up. All the work he was doing, I had done before. I figured 4 hours at the most.I was hiring him because of arthritis in my arms. So I called him back and asked what happens if he finished 2 or 3 hours early and his response was " we have a signed contract for $1450.00. So I went out and bought everything I needed to do all the work and only spent about $100.00 for parts, he was charging me $250.00 for these parts. Then I did the work myself and it took me 3.5 hours to complete. This guy purposely inflated labor and parts cost with one thing in mind, ripping me off. They get you to sign and then if you say something about the price he uses bullying tactics to get you to pay. I canceled it before he came out. Seniors especially beware. If the plumber you hire refuses to put in the estimate that he will only charge you for the hours he actually works, call someone else. There are a lot of honest plumbers out there but not this guy.
