  • ,I talked to people who had dentures and I was a little apprehensive about this proceedure.  I went to Dr Latilief's office for a consultation about the surgery.  This was another good experience.  He also had a wonder, helpful staff.  I was given loads of iinformation about the surgery for before and after.  Filled out proper consent forms and was told the cost of this proceedure.  Surgery date was coordinated with Dr Provider name locked. 's office.   Surgery was performed and the whole experience was nothing like I was fearing.   I might add, that Dr Latilier's staff called me at home that night about 8:30 pm to see how I was doing.  Now, I call that dedicated follow up.  The whole experience was a lot better than I was expecting.    Highly recommended also

  • Provider name locked. -serif; background-color: #ffffff;">I saw Dr. Provider name locked. at his Anthem location.  The first appointment was for cleaning, which seemed to be good.  He recommended some work, but failed to give me any type of estimate.  He gave my husband an estimate for his work and it was necessary, as we knew, but seemed that more prices were tacked on than necessary.  My husband ended up having the work done, but it was an emergency, as he had an abscess.  On my second appointment, I had another 6 month cleaning and I was given a list of the work that "had to be done very soon."  With a total for work Provider name locked. $20,000.00, if we hadn't taken out his insurance, I felt a second opinion was necessary.  I have always taken care of my teeth, going every six months for cleaning and check, trying to find a highly recommended dentist in the area where I lived.  I went on to another very highly recommended dentist in Provider name locked. for the second opinion.  This dentist has been highly recommended by his Provider name locked. over the years.  He was aghast that all of the work was recommended to me.  As it turns out, I need to have about $3500. to replace a bridge and all of the other work that Dr. Provider name locked. wanted to do, was just to put money in his pocket.

Interesting fact.  If you don't have insurance, Dr. Provider name locked. will be able to help you by selling you his office insurance policy.  It helps you with an approximate 40% off most work.  However, when you get the estimate that he recommends, you will find that he adds several additional costs for every item he finds necessary, plus his original cost is much higher than any dentist around.

I will not be returning to Dr. Provider name locked. , as I felt I was betrayed by someone who is obviously trying to get rich quick. DO NOT use Dr. Provider name locked. unless you have excess money you don't need and want to spend your time sitting in a dental chair.

  • This was the worst experience we have ever had in a doctor's office..  We arrived at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. appt. as we had pre-completed all paperwork required.  Upon entering the small waiting room we were shocked to find approximately 40-45 people packed into this room.  We were told that there would be at least and hour wait which actually turned into 2 hours.  Due to the number of people in this small room there was no place for us to sit, so one of the employees set up a couple of chairs for us in an inner hallway by the bathroom.  Had there been a fire in this office it would have been a real tragedy. (This particular issue was also reported to the CC Fire Dept. since it was an occupancy level (overcrowding) violation.  The appointment turned out to be a two step process.  1.  Consultation with Dr. Provider name locked. and assistant as to what and how he would be performing the procedure.  However, it was very clear during the consultation (which lasted all of 5 minutes after a little over two hours wait time) that he had not looked at the file very  closely, as my husband had chosen to have a general anesthetic rather than a local for the extraction. Dr. Provider name locked. 's assistant along with my husband had to correct him on this issue.  2.  Now, after another 45 minutes wait my husband is called into the room to have the procedure done.  He was seated in the chair and then the Dr. and assistant left the room....after another 15 minutes or so had to yell at someone in the hallway to find out where everyone had gone.  In the end, we did not leave Dr. Provider name locked. 's office until approx. 1:30 p.m.  This was totally unexceptable!  Additionally, the extraction left a large hole in my husband's gum that did not fill back in as his regular dentist thought it would.....so now he may end up having to spend more money for an implant or some sort of a bridge.  This was not a pleasant experience and not one that we would recommend to anyone.  The Dr. had so many people to see and was in such a hurry to leave for an outside appointment sometime after 1 p.m. that day that the work he did ....or lack there of....was certainly reflected in the results for my husband
