  • Gericho was great. Not only did he give a full body massage but he also paid special attention to areas I said were hurting and got my problems, such as misaligned hips, well sorted. One time my knees were hurting so bad that I could hardly walk, but after one session with him, I was able to run the next day. I highly recommend his services.

  • It was fine - typical, good massage. Great if you need a last minute massage (which I did). Don't expect anything fancy or a "fantastic" massage. Everyone was polite, professional, and the location is clean. But it is a typical chain massage, attracting a lot of new massage therapists. If you want that "calming, spa feeling; this is not your place. If you need a decent massage NOW - this is a great place to go.

  • I used the new company Massage Bliss via their app. Very easy to set up just like ordering a car from Lyft. Cheryl was able to accommodate my schedule, came to my house and set up in only a few minutes. I opted for the 90 minute deep tissue massage which was among the best I have ever had. Cheryl listened to what and where I wanted worked on and provided advice for my back issue. She was personable, friendly and gave a great massage. Will definitely book again.

  • Everything went well and the message therapist got right to my pain in the lower left side on my hip and back. The Chiropractic adjustment went well as I was relaxed because of the message therapy and the whole experience went well.

  • Robert is a quality massage therapist.  He is easy to talk to and very professional.  He listens to your needs and works with you to discover the reason for your pain and a plan for your long term health.  His sessions are specific for you and he caters to your well being.  I will continue to utilize his services. oh yes, his hourly rates are very reasonable (50-70 per hour)

  • When we walked in, I was taken with how tranquil this place seemed. There appeared to be some kind of waiting room with plants and bench chairs that you walk into first, then the front desk proper. Another thing I noticed is that this place seemed to be cozy, obviously built as a small office of some kind originally. Not that it's bad, they make good use of the space they have. The man at the front desk was exceptionally polite and accommodating, asked if we wanted drinks and a cookie (We just had water). We were lead out back to a patio that had a view of the lake while our therapists got ready. Didn't wait too long and were eventually taken to the couples room by our therapists.
What was really nice is they asked us each for any problem areas that we had, and both were very good at working on them as well as making sure all other areas were given attention too. Here, however, is the best part. At one point my phone got a text and made a honking noise. It's loud, obnoxious, and gets me to read my texts every time. But, about twenty minutes in, it goes off and everyone pauses a little, and after a few seconds, I fess up and say it's my phone. We all laugh and I ask to have my phone so I can shut it off. One of the therapists brings my purse to my girlfriend (I mentioned I can't see anything without my glasses earlier) because the therapist doesn't want to rifle through out things. My girlfriend hands it off to me, I silence my phone, return it to my girlfriend to be put back in the purse, then the therapist returns it to the chair.
This is why I wanted to mention this story in particular. One, everyone there was very respectful of every thing and every one. In addition though, I never felt overly uncomfortable and awkward and any point in time. It seems almost inevitable, considering I'm stripping down to my underwear (Under a blanket, sure, but still!) that I will feel a little awkward at some point during a massage appointment. But everyone here just made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that that just didn't happen. My girlfriend agrees!
In the end, we got dressed and was offered water by both of our therapists when we came out of the room while they made sure we felt fine. Paying was a breeze, the same man from earlier easily doing partial transaction on the giftcard and my credit card. Overall, I will definitely be coming back again! It's a lovely piece of heaven in the middle of Summerlin.

  • I've never had a professional massage let alone a foot massage.
Needless to say I was a little apprehensive and nervous but it turned
out great. Their super nice staff took us to he back of their spa that
opens to a beautiful covered patio overlooking a lake in Desert Shores.
They set us down in super comfortable recliners, offered us drinks and
snacks then two and quot;footologestsand quot;? went to work on our feet and calves for
the next 45 minuets. It was great!!
The staff made me completely comfortable and I would highly recommend The Spa at Lake Side to everyone.

  • I regularly go to this Spa. The service and level of attentions is wonderful. This is not a large scale spa with steams, pools, etc., so if you are looking for that experience this is not the place you should choose. If you are looking for a great massage or facial that is delivered in a comfortable and welcoming environment this is your spot.

  • Not well. I should have spoken up more at the time but I am still angry about the experience so I'm reviewing and rating it now. The massage was given by Jackie and I hate to say it but she was terrible. She came highly recommended by the staff but I found her not relaxing at all. She is new only doing them for 2 months but that's no excuse for yawning and massaging with only one hand often. Too often it just felt like lotion being rubbed on. She gave no attention to the area of complaint, which why do they even ask if they don't intend to address it. I kept waiting for it to get better but it never did and maybe I should have spoken up but with someone who is doing more yawning than anything I didn't think it would help. I definately would not use her again. I have had many massages and this was definately one of the worst.

  • The massage room you enter when you go for your appointment is very relaxing and calm. It's a wonderful way to start your massage and/or Reiki. I recommend both. Shelly, the provider is intuitive, gentle, and very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed, and during the treatments if I have an issue, Shelly is always patient and provides the treatment needed. In the past, I have had many massages, and I can honestly say the services Shelly provides are the best. The pricing structure is great as well.
