    Perfection Landscape LLC
Mitch was right on time. worked very hard and was profession in all ways. He responded to my quote request was swift and less than and hour response time. He was knowledgeable in his approach to work and how he handled all the unexpected problems that come with repair of sprinkler line. Price was very reasonable and only charge a small amount for materials. $10.00 was more than fair. I would ask Mitch back to repair any landscape need.

Hands down the most prompt and professional servicing that we have encountered in Las Vegas! Both gentleman arrived early, quickly identified what needed to be repaired, and trimmed all of our trees perfectly. If you are seeking honest, hardworking professionals look no further.

The crew did a good job when they showed up but our yard needs regular care and we would have to call to remind them to come. They could never get the sprinklers right and as a result the new sod they had put in has died in places. They said they would replace any grass that died and we hope they do. Their monthly pricing was fair. But it has been over a month since they showed up and our yard needs regular attention.

My wife and i recently completed construction of a new home in one of Las Vegas' newest planned communities...including thousands of dollars worth of new landscaping. Hard as I try, I couldn't stay ahead of the weeds...so after a nasty-gram from the HOA, we decided we needed professional help. Being new to the Las Vegas market, we conducted extensive research on local landscape firms capable of providing the full spectrum of maintenance services. We invited several to provide estimates. Mitch Manis got back to me immediately to set a meeting date/time. He arrived exactly when he said he would and spent the next 45 minutes walking the property with me and talking about what I envisioned and making some recommendations about how to manage some of the trees and shrubs. He explained exactly what would happen on each visit, explained how his services varied from some of the cheaper "blow and go" providers and answered all my questions. It's only been a couple months, but Mitch has already made a significant impact. During his first service, he found several drip irrigation heads that were not functioning properly and repaired them. They had been disconnected during pool construction and did not get reconnected. And the property looks great. In fact, my neighbor called me the other day to tell me how nice the front yard looked and to ask who we used. I didn't hesitate to pass on Mitch's contact information.

    Cacti Landscapes Inc
I have rental properties in Las Vegas NV and I needed a Licensed Bonded company with Legal and vetted employees working on my properties, for liability and legality reasons. I found Cacti and Brett from my mom, she has used them for a dozen years and has always had excellent results. I gave them a call and I can tell you that the entire team is first rate and the work is good too. The only regret: they don't own any lawn mowers or cut grass, but do fine on Desertscapes. Cliff

    Tovar Landscape & Design Inc
When we bought a new house in Sun City Anthem in 2006, we got several bids for landscaping the entire lot. We chose Juan Tovar, owner of Tovar Landscape & Design. Ours had more curb appeal than most houses. Something was in bloom every day of the year. They did soft- and hardscape and we were very happy. Some neighbors used Tovar and were also very happy. We later had his guys convert our stained driveway to pavers, continuing the pavers to the walkways. Great job. Also, after a big freeze, people lost trees. Landscapers charged to replace them, saying the trees were fine, it was the weather. In our case, however, Tovar had planted two of the same tree in our front yard. One died, one lived. He replaced the tree that died after the freeze saying that it was the tree, not the freeze; if it was the freeze, they both would have died. Boy were our neighbors who didn't use Tovar jealous! In 2017, we moved to Solera Anthem. Our neighbor hired Tovar to convert her driveway to pavers, and to install a planter. Both are beautiful. In 2019, we bought a new house in Inspirada. Because of our long-term positive experiences with Tovar, this time we didn't get any bids except from him. In this case, the front and side yards are already "landscaped" (such as they are by low-end builder KB Homes). Tovar designed the backyard landscaping, added a paver walkway from the front porch to the side gate, and added uplighting to the existing tree in the front yard, and added tier lights to the sidewalk. We are very happy. They started 1/2 day late, but he texted me the update. They finished on a Monday instead of the previous Friday, but that happens. Team Leader Igor's English is as good as mine. The crew work so hard; you gotta feel for them working in the Vegas heat. But they really know what they are doing and the work is done and it is, as always, excellent. We thought it would only cost about $7,000; it cost over $10,000!! Considering they only had the backyard and one paver path, we think that's a bit high. I hate to think what it would have cost to have Tovar do the entire lot. Guess we would have gotten additional bids. Juan is responsive. If you call the office, his wife Eileen is VERY responsive, ensures she gets back to you with an update and/or answer. In spite of what I "think" is a lot of money for the amount of work involved, I highly recommend Tovar Landscape & Design. After all, we didn't get any other bids, so we don't in fact know that $10K was higher than it should have been. Because the amount of work that was done here is minimal, I'm also including photos of our Sun City Anthem yard.

    Pueblo Verde Landscape Maintenance Inc
We hired Pueblo Verde Landscape Maintenance, Inc, in Las Vegas, to install our irrigation system for our newly planted trees, bushes, and ocotillo plants after we had interviewed Raul from this company for installing our porcelain pavers. We liked Raul very much from the start as he was candid and sincere about what he felt comfortable doing and what he didnt. Although he had installed other types of pavers frequently, he told us that he had no experience with porcelain and thus would not be comfortable taking that job. However, he did offer to fit us in his busy schedule to install our badly needed irrigation system the very next day to alleviate our 3 hours per day of hand watering. Raul and his team showed up as scheduled and completed the project at a reasonable price. Raul spent much time with me patiently discussing watering needs for each of our plant types and used the appropriate emitters for the job. He also advised us on a number of other yard projects that we intended to accomplish such as adding a lighting system to highlight our yard at night. He and Adalberto were very responsive to follow up with our needs and promptly replaced a broken switch box cover whose latch had been damaged during the job, repaired a leak in an irrigation line that we had caused during staking of the ocotillo, extended and adjusted the irrigation emitters for our 7 trees, and moved a switch box that they had installed in the middle of a walkway area that had not yet been developed. We were not charged for any of these follow-up visits. Raul went well above our expectations when he offered to and completed the adding of new additional irrigation that we intended to do ourselves to all 10 of our ocotillo plants. This took him about 2 hours on a 110 degree day and saved us some 5-10 hours of work! Finally, on one of his follow-up visits, Raul found a large underground irrigation leak in an irrigation line newly installed by another contractor who had done our porcelain paver job and automatically repaired it without commenting or charging us. It is difficult to find highly qualified contractors in Las Vegas that provide quality work. We cannot recommend Raul and his company, Pueblo Verde Landscape Maintenance, highly enough. They are prompt, efficient, responsive, sincere and honest, and affordable, and go above and beyond. They take pride in their work and ethics and we intend to use them for all of our future landscaping maintenance.

    J&J Landscape
It went great. The watering system is better that what we originally had installed and the yard looked very good after the clean up. The work was done promptly and professionally. We were so pleased that we have them doing our monthly maintenance and so far it has exceeded our expectations.

    Rafael Lawn Maintenance
On Sunday our gardner let us know he could no longer do our yard work due to someone stealing all his law equipment. We got on Annie's List and sent requests out to numerous landscape companies immediately. Rafael was the first to respond that same day. He came out on Monday, gave us an estimate and even mowed our lawn, trimmed and cleaned up. Rafael and his crew did a beautiful job. They will be out every week not only to do our lawn but also occasionally trimming our shrubs, roses and trees.

    J&J Landscape
J&J's rep came on 7/4 and gave estimates for work for both my house and my mother's house, which is across the street. We decided to start by hiring them for my mom, as her situation was more urgent. When I called the company the week before last to give the green light, they did not have the estimate in their system and said I'd have to find my copy of the paperwork and furnish it or we'd have to start over. I found this exceedingly odd but my mother was so anxious about her yard that I decided to move forward anyway and found the paperwork, which I scanned and emailed to the company. I didn't hear anything from them, so I called several hours later to learn they had not received their own paperwork via their Email. I was told to photograph the estimate and text the image to a #, which I did. It was finally received and a rep. got in touch with me a day or two later to schedule mom for the following week. The gentleman who called scheduled us for 7a this morning, August 6. I asked if there was anything a littler later as my mother is elderly and is not an early riser and it's nearly impossible for health reasons for her to be available at that hour and I was told "No, that's all we have". So I took the 7a reluctantly but politely. Since mom couldn't be up to greet them, assess their work, and pay them, I woke up at 6:30 and headed over to her house. They never showed up. I waited til 7:30a, then went home and went back to sleep, as I was recovering from various company in town for my recent 50th birthday. At 10a I woke up and called the office to notify them and find out what happened. Politely I explained that no one had shown for the 7a appointment. The woman who answered said "yeah, you're on the schedule today but not until noon. Someone tried to reach you. " I said, "No, I didn't miss any calls before the appointment, not from anyone from J&J" and she went on the defense and asked if I wanted the service or not. Her tone was very rude and there was no acknowledgment or apology for having missed the appt. without so much as a phone call. She said I'll take you off the schedule and hung up on me. I then checked my phone and saw that at 9:25am a text had come in from Jose to call him. I called J&J back and stated that I had received a text, but after the fact which was not ok. I stated that a phone call to reschedule would have needed to happen BEFORE the appt.. to which the rude woman replied, "You said you weren't contacted but you were" and I said, "Look, I heard from him two after after the appt. was supposed to happen. An appt. that I begged to be later in the day and was refused" She said if you don't want the service, we're done. I'm not going to argue with you". I said "I don't want to argue. What is the name of the owner?" and after a long pause she said "I am". I said I find that very surprising. Will there be no apology, no attempt to earn my business?" To which she replied, "Fine, if it makes you feel better, sorry". and I said, "No that's ok, you clearly don't mean that" and she said "have a great day" and hung up on me.
