  • I first came to doctor for medical problem.  the doctor gave me the exam and told me to go Provider name locked. for xray and ultrasound.  they said that they will send the referral to Provider name locked. .  I made the appointment and went  2 weeks later to  Provider name locked. and when I went that morning, the people at Provider name locked. said that they never received the referral.  the people at Provider name locked. called the dr. Provider name locked. office to get referral .  when Provider name locked. finally received the referall,   I realized after the xray that the tech xrayed the wrong area.  I asked the tech and they said that this was what was requested on the referral.   the tech told me that the result would be sent to the doctor within two days.  after two days I called dr. Provider name locked. office and asked for result.  the  receptionist had an attitude on the phone and replied that I have to make an appointment to get the result.  I made the appointment and saw the doctor.  I told the doctor what happened at the clinic and she replied that Provider name locked. was bad and now referred me to pueblo medical for the lower stomach ultrasound.  this time I asked the doctor for a paper referral.    I did the ultrasound with no problems at pueblo.  I called the doctor office to get the result about one week later and the receptionist at the doctor office was growing exceptionally rude.  I have come to realize that it was not the fault of Provider name locked. for xraying me in the wrong area but It was the doctor office for not giving the correct referral.  the referral had to come from the doctor to the staff.    I have found that the staff has a very poor customer service.

  • we've been going to Dr. Provider name locked. for six or seven years, and we'd highly recommend her.  We like that she doesn't pressure us into anything that we aren't fully prepared to undertake and allows us to be an equal partner in our healthcare.  Furthermore, she has a matter-of-fact personality, and her staff keeps wait times to a minimum which is always nice.

  • Run fast and run far - in a nutshell, this doctor is trying to create billing where it isn't necessary. I just had a physical in November prior to moving to this area and I brought records from my previous doctor including blood work done in November and i'm not sick, but this doctor was insistent on running more blood work, schedule ultrasounds, etc. There was nothing to justify all of these other tests. Also, I needed prescription refills for a regiment that my previous doctor had worked out for the past 5 years for arthritis (none of these were controlled meds) , but Provider name locked. started questioning and accusing me of taking too high a dosage which she then figured out was far from the highest dosage ( this was a Provider name locked. antiinflammatory drug) - meanwhile I was only using what was prescribed by my previous doctor; meanwhile, she was pestering me to take more prescriptions by prescribing a new, extremely expensive drug everyday rather than the one I take as needed. When I declined that Rx she berated me and spoke to me like I was a child. (Have to wonder if she could be receiving a perk from the pharmaceutical corp.) On another note, this office does not value your time - for a Provider name locked. visit to get established I was in the office over two hours - lot of wait time and the office didn't appear that busy??? Sorry I really can't say anything good about this doctor. Her front desk staff and nurse were pleasant though. Keep looking for a doctor unless you don't mind going through a lot of unnecessary tests, Rx's, etc., as well as a very poor bedside manner.
