  • They put in my 2 new air conditioners/furnace 2 years ago. Great job. So pleased with their work. They come out twice a year for inspection of the units. I called to have the NEST installed and that evening the tech was there to install it. Great company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  • They were great I have used them before on another home. They came out and looked at the units gave me an estimate. I am selling the house and so they fixed an issue but gave a great estimate on what it would cost to repair the two units. Which is so helpful for the resale of the home.. They were on time, Professional and always a help.. I have used them for so many projects and they go above and beyond anything needed.. so trustworthy and not an up-sale on anything. no pressures and they do the work and have always done above and beyond what is expected.. I just wish they could do so many other things cause when you find companies that you can trust and are reasonable on price.. I just cant think of anything better in a biz. They are like family to me.. and I have a wonderful family and they fit in... thank you so much

From company owner to office staff, to install team, to drywall repairman, everyone was professional, friendly, and very responsive -- showed up on time and worked diligently to job completion.   • The Alaskan Air Service Technician thoroughly inspected and evaluated our equipment (at no cost) and recommended minor repairs. The repairs were made by the technician (at a modest cost) on the same call. We terminated our maintenance plan with our current (now former) service provider and we subscribed to the Alaskan Air service plan. The Service Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He took great pain to assure that we understand the condition of our equipment and the basis for the repairs that he recommended.

  • Charles and Jaz were able to come to our house the same day we called for service. As new homeowners we were clueless as to why our HVAC heat pump was blowing cold air after being switched to the heat setting. Almost immediately Charles and Jaz were able to find the issue (faulty wiring from the previous owner's DIY handyman work...) and fix it. Along the way they explained everything including how our new home's system worked. Now we have heat for the winter and know a reliable, prompt HVAC company to call again next time we need service.   • I did a lot of research on new furnaces and air conditioners. Then I had several companies come out and give me quotes. Right Now Air sent Bob Martin out. He evaluated my existing, answered all my questions and gave excellent recommendations. Out of all the companies I interviewed, Bob had the best knowledge and professionalism. Bob's quote reflected an air conditioner brand I did not want to purchase. So he suggested another brand that I went with. He gave a fair quote along with my Angie's List discount. When the scheduled installation date arrived, I was contacted to confirm date and time before hand. The two installers, Mark and Jose, were excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing. They removed all the old units, prepped the areas for the new and installed the new. They answered my questions completely and kindly as I'm a novice. They explained everything they were doing and how. There were no surprises! Once the new units were installed, they tested everything. Also because the gas had to be turned off, they relighted the hot water heater pilot light. Then stayed to make sure there was no air bubble in the gas line. Like I said they knew exactly what they needed to do and made sure everything was in perfect running condition. When they were done, they cleaned up everything! I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how professional Mark and Jose were. I've had many TERRIBLE experiences with vendors and I have to say working with Right Now Air was refreshing!!! There are good people and businesses out there! Hope my review helps someone. Bob will be coming back in a week to do a followup call. He said he wants to double check everything and make sure I'm happy and satisfied with their work! Wow!

  • I kept hearing a big bang noise coming from the ceiling and the air conditioner was sounding strange. Jose found the problem right away. He was able to get a part and come back the same day and fix it. He was super nice and knowledgeable. He showed me the picture of what the problem was and even showed me the part that he took out so I could see the damage. He even offered to put in my new filters for me! Air conditioner runs perfect now! I would definitely hire this company again.

  • We are SO HAPPY that we contracted with Sun Country HVAC to install our completely new Trane HVAC system. Their sales consultant, Mike X. was very helpful and their install technicians were like a surgical team-highly organized, professional and cleaned before leaving. We replaced our 21year old Carrier home builder installed system because it could not maintain a comfortable temperature in the summer heat any longer, the condenser and furnace blower made noise and the compressor was ready to fail. After getting quotes from several competitors it was crystal clear who I was going to choose, the company who answered their phone calls, came out to visit the site and actually enter the attic to review the system, and suggested ideas to make it work even better than before. We had a poorly designed plenum box that had so many connections it was impossible to provide proper air flow. Sun Country designed and installed a new plenum box, redirected some flex ducts and made the air flow 10x better than before. We even selected the Trane CleanEffects electronic air cleaner and my house smells fresh every day with no lingering food odors or musty/dusty smell. I can honestly say they were the best price for the quality of equipment, labor and customer service I received. Great job team Sun Country!

  • We were without air Cond. for over 5 days. Two people looked at it, one finally fixed it. CHW said parts weren't covered and we paid $1200 to fix it. Then kitchen sink faucet leaked. CHW message on computer said 5*man appt.3-8pm, Wed. 8/29.--waited, no show. 5* said CHW didnt send work order. Waited for man next day, said he would get faucet to match ours. He called from Home DEP., said we had to buy it, then found out CHW doesnt cover that! So we paid service fees and had to buy our faucet--$45=$75+ $189 for faucet. Not happy with CHW. Should be reimbursed for some of that! $1509+ two previous service calls--out of pocket
