Home Automation reviews in Las Vegas

Installer arrived on time. Had some difficulty with the equipment that was installed (not his fault). Managed to solve the problem with our equipment, and ultimately got the job done. He was thorough and persistent. Good job!

Provider name locked. (and I forget the other guys name) knocked on my door and said he'd like me to be an Advertising Home for their Security and Home Automation company and they'd "compensate" me. I was skeptical at first but they told me about all the cool upgrades they'd give me, It was a lot of stuff I'd seen Advertised on TV. To make a long story short, they replaced the yardsign that was in my yard with their company's yardsign and they gave me a few thousand dollars in very cool upgrades in exchange for Advertising for them. Here's what I got:
-Phone control. I can control the system with my phone. I also get an update when my kids get home from school.
-Cellular monitoring. I cancelled my home phone. That saved me $20 some bucks a month.
-Color Touchscreen. My friends still all have the old basic keypad like I used to have.
-Home Automation. I replaced my old thermostats and can now control the temp (and one of my lights) with my phone.
My wife LOVES this. She Provider name locked. the AC a few degrees when she leaves work so the house is cool when she gets home.
-Police response. Here in Las Vegas the police don't respond to "basic" alarms so I always had a guard come to the house
about 30 mins or so after I tripped the alarm. Now I something called two-way voice so the police respond if there's a
real emergency. (LOL, I haven't "tested" this upgrade yet).
I'm really happy with these guys. They did everything they promised. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. They took their time to show us how everything worked. Provider name locked. was great. Provider name locked. (the Tech) was awesome!

I'm writing specifically in reference to an incredible sales person who was patient, thorough, money conscious (FOR ME), and gave me unbiased advice. He followed up with a phone call to make certain I understood the parameters of the special Angies List deal that was offered. HIS NAME IS Provider name locked. . Ask specifically for him when you call the 888 number. He is not on commission and won't talk you into anything you don't need, plus he knows the technology behind the product. A ++++ for Provider name locked. . And honest to God, on my cat's eyeballs, he's not related to me and is only getting this rave review because he deserves it. I was really flummoxed by the whole process and had been duped by a previous security company. I am so relieved there are people with integrity left in sales.
