  • I've been to this office twice.  I like the office and the staff very much.  My first meeting with Dr. Provider name locked. did not leave me with a very good first impression.  He looked at my teeth and told me that it might take 2 or 3 visits to clean them.  Granted my last cleaning was 18 months before, but I brush twice daily and floss once daily.  Honestly, people compliment me on my teeth and I don't have any cosmetic issues that would warrant such an odd opinion.  In fact, his own hygiemist was able to clean my teeth in just over 20 minutes.  When I went in for my second cleaning with them the hygienist actaully complimented my nice strong teeth.  I am not sure what he was talking about. 3 visits???  The second comment was that I probably needed a root canal.  Apparently, one of my old fillings was not done correctly.  I agreed to whatever he advised.  It turned out that I only needed the filling redone.  Talk about the glass half empty attitude.  I get anxious enough going to the dentist.  I really don't think it is professional or compassionate to tell someone their teeth are worse than they actually are.  What is the upside of that?
In my assessment, he  is too busy.  I had work done on two teeth and I was numbed and left to sit for almost 30 minutes.  Then my teeth were drilled.  I felt everything, but didn't want him to redo the shot and disappear again, so I dealt with it knowiing it would only last a few minutes.  Another 30 minutes went by with little or no attention/updates on my crown being made.  The work was not successful, meaning I had pain off and on for the next 6 months and I thought it might be normal.  After 6 months, I went in for a cleaning.  Again, a very busy Dr. Provider name locked. took a look at the tooth visually and didn't see any issues and thought we should "watch it".  The pain got worse and I had to look elsewhere for answers.  Long story short, I paid $35 to just answer dot com and found out what the problem was and saved me from a root canal.
PROS:  very nice office staff and hygienists
CONS: They have a lot of bills to pay and I can see where they have to overbook and over prescribe.

  • I needed a root canal performed and I am new to the area. Dr Provider name locked. was recommended to me by a general dentist so I contacted his office. They set up an appointment quickly. I showed up on time and as soon as I finished my paperwork they immediately took me back. I struggled with the x-rays a bit and the nurse was amazingly effective in helping get them done. The doctor did exactly what he said he would do and experienced no pain at all during the procedure. An added benefit was that he seemed to really know how to localize the anesthetic--I had no "whole mouth" numbness. This doctor was professional, efficient, and effective. For me there is nothing that makes me more pleased with a provider. I can recommend Dr. Provider name locked. without hesitation.

  • He is thorough with his work, kind to me as a patient, and is very effective. I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors and I have been very pleased.
