Considering this company is brand new, they are quick with pickup and delivery with awesome customer service and a great finished product. The franchise owner Provider name locked. personally called me to let me know a shirt would be delivered a day late. I felt special that he took the time to let me know and he made a special trip back to deliver as soon as it was done. I ordered groceries to be delivered from Provider name locked. (Provider name locked. 's) on October 15, 2014, with the items to be delivered on October 16. I had ordered from them once previously and did not have any issues. Among the items included in this order were beans, tofu, and Provider name locked. . I ordered tortillas to have with the beans and green onions to make with the tofu. I selected the
most liberal substitution policy, that substitutions could be made for all items. As the minimum purchase order was $49, I selected additional items in order to get the purchase amount over $49. In addition I had to pay $13 for delivery and more for taxes. As I was staying on the Las Vegas strip, food options were extremely expensive.
On October 16 I received an incomplete order from the bellhop as the Provider name locked. delivery person did not come to the room, despite my including the room information. On the previous order I spoke with the delivery person who apprised me of the
substitutions he made and requested me to sign a form stating I received the order, but this did not happen this time. Although I
allowed liberal substitutions and the store had tofu and tortillas, I received no tofu nor tortillas because my request for substitutions was ignored. I did not receive the Provider name locked. which was was only leafy green on my order, nor did I receive a substitution, and vegetables are not available on the Las Vegas strip. I was not notified or phoned during these proceedings to notify me that items would not be delivered.
I immediately contacted and spoke with a customer service representative over the phone who reviewed my order information, agreed that I had requested substitutions, and apologized that my request for substitutions were not complied with. I ended up being left with beans with nothing to eat it with, green onions which were unusable because they were to be made with the
tofu, and no leafy greens. Additionally I was left with many other extraneous items that I ordered to reach the $49 limit so I was out >$50 with no meal options for the day. I requested the 3 items to be delivered to me now and was told by phone that this was not an option. I then requested that the rest of the items be picked up and I receive a refund, and I was told that THIS WAS NOT AN OPTION. She said that she would give me a $25 credit for my next order, however I have no intentions of ordering from Provider name locked. in the future and in addition was out $13 for delivery + $49 for the extra items that I did not need.
I contacted customer service again and requested a full refund. I explained all of the details above. I only received a form response from Provider name locked. with no indication that anything I had written was read:
"Unfortunately, all the Grocery Delivery orders are picked from the store shelves along with in-store shoppers, which means that it is difficult to keep the database up-to-date. Items that are available for orders at the time of transmission may not necessarily be on the shelf at the time of picking. We can assure you that we are doing everything possible to provide an excellent grocery delivery service, and we are confident that in the future your orders will reflect that commitment. "
I sent another message to customer service and received the following response:
"Our records indicate that a credit of $25 was added to your account for the inconvenience. Please be advised that if you would like a full refund for your order, you will need to contact our Customer Support Center and schedule a pick-up of the items that were delivered. "
This e-mail was sent 5 days after I received the incomplete order and stated that they could pick up the items, WHEN I WAS INITIALLY TOLD, WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE DELIVERY, THAT THIS WAS NOT AN OPTION.

The "Two Provider name locked. 's" from Provider name locked. were top-notch and cool, personable people who handled the delivery of my couch with care, efficiency, and great energy! Despite one of the "raniest days" this winter in Provider name locked. they were on-top of the delivery with time, care, and precision, laying down carpet protecting pads and carrying the furniture with care! Hats off to the two Provider name locked. 's and I highly recommend, cheers! Provider name locked.
