Countertop Installation reviews in Las Vegas

    CTM Contractors Inc
Great! Mike & Domingo (he is the fabricator) came on time for a measure up and discuss the details. Domingo arrived the following week with our tops, the installation went perfectly (same as it did for our whole kitchen one month ago). Domingo is a perfectionist, tops look great. I definitely recommend CTM.

Artistic Kitchen & Bath Design LLC
Excellent! Artistic Kitchen and Bath designer, Tim met with us in our home multiple times, designed a couple of options for us to pursue, took us to pick out materials, treated us to Lunch and did an abolutely SUPERB job on our remodel. His attention to detail, knowledge of design principles and great attitude throughout the process led to a home that is both beautiful and functional. Tim is a true professional!

I cannot imagine a worse fabrication or installation. Even though they laser measured twice, nearly every piece of granite did not fit and needed to be field modified. The wrong sink was installed and had to be replaced. Even though we asked multiple times if the undermount sink clips were to be installed, none were installed. Broken pieces of granite were installed hoping we wouldn't notice. Our refridgerator was dented during granite installation. The installers had to come back numerous times to make corrections. It is still a substandard job. We would never recommend this company even for the simplest job.

Artistic Kitchen & Bath Design LLC
Outstanding. Tim was right on point from start to finish. We got the designs we wanted and the workmanship is of the highest quality. We completely opened up the kitchen by taking down two confining walls from the existing kitchen doubling the square footage. Our sitting room and dining room are now completely open with visibility in all directions. They gave us start and finish dates three months before the March start. They started the date they said they would and finished on the expected finish date. All the subs were superb. Tim has a great crew and they don't run off to other projects like most contractors. Our three bathrooms were totally remodeled to our design removing tubs, enlarging showers, installing a handicap shower just in case and all new cabinets and fixtures. We are extremely happy and would use Tim again in a heartbeat. The cost might look high but there was additional side work like flooring and painting in additional rooms, barn doors etc..

It was a pleasure working with Tim. He first spent time getting to know us and how we lived in our home. He then met with us periodically to discuss designs. He listened carefully and incorporated our input into the subsequent drafts. We also enjoyed going with him to look at materials such as granite for countertops and the right sink and hardware. He carefully explained costs and worked with us to use our kitchen remodel to transform our home. The construction process took about a month, which was faster than we expected. We remain in touch with Tim and recommend him to friends who are considering remodeling their kitchens and/or master bedrooms. Overall, we were super happy with the process and final results.

    National Stone
Very friendly and professional to do business with. Timely execution of the project. Tiler is a perfectionist National Stone also provided us with great references for a plumber and handyman to work in tandem with their project work. All came together seamlessly. Bathrooms look great. Highly recommend this family owned business.

    Braza Stone LLC
This is a morally bankrupt, incompetent, disorganized, poorly managed granite contractor lacking any attention to detail and completely devoid of any business or professional integrity. Pros Installers had a good attitude. Unfortunately, with there low level skill set, they failed to overcome incompetent job management and grossly inaccurately fabricated prefab granite slabs. Negatives The Fabricator cut all Prefab granite pieces either too long or too wide at their fabrication shop and ignored the dimensions from the drawing from the Templater. All overhangs were specified to be 11/2", except the left and right edge of the stove, (cut flush for stove placement). Overhangs, after install ranged from 11/4" to 21/4". The left side of stove granite top overhang is flush (from wall) with the stove, the right side of the stove granite top sticks out 3/4" (from wall). The seam on two adjoining L pieces, is not flush (level), the epoxy is rough, and the color does not match well with the granite. The Installers did not center the Island piece, all overhangs are different (not 11/2" as specified). The Installers did a sloppy job caulking top edge of granite back splash and the caulking was the wrong color. The Installers spent a significant amount of time trying to modify (re-fabricate) the tops on site creating a mess of granite dust throughout the garage. The original sink brought out by Installers had a dent and a scratch and was rejected by the Owner. The Installers dropped the sink into the sink cabinet on angle stops causing the plumbing to leak. The granite counter top edge of the under mount sink was specified to be flush with the edge of the sink. The fabricator cut the granite sink top opening smaller and the granite now extends over the edge of the sink. The Manager David, being completely unaware and uninformed about details of the install, took two hours to return the Owner's call to address issues on install day. The Manager was very angry and defensive and offered excuses, "all pieces are cut correctly", "this is not a custom job" and "there is little money in prefabs" when the owner asked why the pieces were cut wrong and other issues with the sloppy, sub standard install. Three hours into the install, the Installers had to take the largest granite top piece back to their shop for major modifications (re-fabrication). The Contractor's truck leaked oil on the asphalt (street) in front of the driveway and the Owner had to clean up mess (due to strict hoa rules) in order for Owner to not to receive a fine from HOA. The Owner and Manager of Braza Stone LLC. should not be proud of their unprofessional and sub-standard prefab granite countertop install at my home as they made many, many rookie mistakes and behaved very unprofessionally when presented with problems to resolve. When Braza Stone LLC. has called the Owner, they never leave a message, terribly unprofessional and not helpful. A Certified mail, 4 page letter detailing all the mistakes, was sent a few days after the awful sub standard counter top install, to Braza Stone LLC., requesting they fix all issues. As of the date of this review the Owner has not received a response from the Owner or Manager of Braza Stone LLC.. In conclusion, Braza Stone LLC. is terribly unskilled and unprofessional in all aspects of prefab slab granite countertop installation. Braza Stone LLC is poorly managed and when problems arise that are of their creation they get very angry and defensive and blame the owner of the project. The only mistake this owner made was hiring Braza Stone LLC. . Their Initials start with BS, and everyone know's what BS stands for, that's ironic but those initials fit them perfectly. 1 out of 5 stars is being generous. Disclaimer: This Owner had a nightmarish experience with Braza Stone LLC., and obviously would not recommend hiring them. You're experience with them may not be the same as mine, but buyer beware.

    Custom Granite Masters Inc
Quality craftsmanship and professionalism from beginning to end. My kitchen may be small, but the service I received from Victor, Gina, and the crew was first class. Victor really knows his trade, offered very helpful suggestions, and was easy to work with. He and Gina went above and beyond by helping me with a new sink, suggesting a top-notch plumber, and making countertop modifications to fit my new appliances. I love my new granite kitchen countertops, and will not hesitate to call on Victor and Gina again when I redo the master bathroom. It's rare to find quality service at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Custom Granite Masters...the name says it all...Masters! Thank you, Victor, Gina, and crew.

    Axiom Construction & Management LLP
Matt and Andy are two of the best human beings on the planet! I took bids from multiple contractors to build out my chiropractic / yoga space called 20/20 ChiroYoga, (I only mention this so you know it is a legitimate review) and I immediately liked them both and felt they were going to be honest, sincere, and they had some great ideas for my project. We re-did an entire space from top to bottom as it was practically an empty shell. From the time we hired them at the end of August, they were were hustling to help get me open and we passed our final inspections on November 2nd! It only took 9 weeks and we went from a drawing on graph paper that I had done, to architect, to permits, to actual construction. We had our Grand Opening on November 5th and our space looks beautiful. I will post some pictures so everyone can see what we started with and what we finished with. Thank you Matt and Andy for giving this small business owner the confidence to take on a project like this that I had never been through before. Whatever future projects I need for my home or hopefully future businesses I will ONLY hire Axiom. These guys are the best!

    Designer Kitchens & Baths
I was confronted with a last minute need for a remodel to my condo rental. I didn't plan much time to arrange for a designer since it was so unexpected, but fortunately I chose to visit Designer Kitchen & Bath. I mostly needed someone to understand my need for immediate assistance since I lived out of state and needed to return home. I met Barbara and thankfully she took time out of the day on very short notice to meet me at my condo to discuss the remodel. Once at the condo, I expressed to Barbara my desire to have her handle the remodel entirely including her choice of flooring, countertops, backsplash, paint, tile, and new appliances. Barbara was completely willing to handle the entire re-design of my condo with little input from me. I was also pressed for time on the remodel because I had a tenant waiting to move in. Barbara got working on the remodel right away and kept me up to date on the progress, including any minor setbacks that arose. She was available to me whenever I called her to check-in. The entire process was comfortable for me and I felt as though Barbara was looking out for my time-sensitive situation. I was very pleased once I saw the remodel complete. The work was well done and Barbara chose just the style and look that I wanted. I would recommend Designer Kitchen and Bath to any of my friends or family.
