Marcia A. Cohen, BS, RN, APN
I would highly recommend Marcia for therapy.  She is an amazing therapist and truly cares about her patients.  I had never been on any kind of medication previously, so I was apprehensive about it. She started me out on a very low dosage and then upped my medication gradual over the course of  a few months. She checked up on me often to see how I was adjusting. A year later, I am doing so much better and honestly don't know where I'd be without her help! My favorite thing about her is her honesty. She is very intuitive, smart and will tell you frankly her opinion. You just have to be willing to listen, trust her and be open to making positive changes. The awesome thing about Marcia is that she will be there for you every step of the way! She's the best!!

    Yu Neurology and Electrodiagnostic
Dr. Yu spent a good 20 minutes with me on my first visit, I had a few follow up tests. My follow up appointment was with PA as he really didn't think anything was wrong. Well a small thing was found so Dr. Yu came into the appointment with the PA which I thought was a nice touch. I've been referred elsewhere for more of a specialist. The staff overall was friendly, nice, competent. Didn't have to wait too long at any of the appointments to get into see the doctor compared to other medical offices.

    Nevada Headache Institute
My visit with Dr. Nagy was wonderful. I was seen ON-TIME and he asked a lot of questions. He not only provided recommendations, but also explained the reasons for those recommendations. I was never rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions -- like I was his only patient. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. His assistant, Lenny, was just as wonderful. I was so impressed with how professionally she handled everything prior to my appointment, including obtaining copies of my records. She replied to all of my inquiries in a timely manner and was always polite. A rare find in Las Vegas.

    Nevada Headache Institute
I've been having bad headaches for years. Worse pain than most people know that isn't helped by anything over the counter. Before i saw Dr. Nagy, all the doctor would do would give me something for pain and that was it, because the headaches never went away and just got worse and worse. I went to a spine center and they suggested Dr. Nagy. My first visit lasted almost an hour and he asked a lot of questions about my headache. Also he was right on time. He saw me right away and the staff were very friendly. I felt like someone finally listened and had answers. He is a really good doctor and not just about headaches. he just seemed really knowledgeable about everything and I finally feel like I have found relief. He told me that caring for migraine can take a while to find the right combination of things, but I feel good that I finally found a way. Thank you Dr. Nagy!!!

It was fantastic! Dr. Brana went above and beyond to see that my issue was resolved! He was always there whenever I needed him! Very accommodating, friendly, helpful, genuinely concerned, and so many other wonderful things! I highly recommend him!

Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health
We’ve been going to them since early 2011 when my wife started having memory issues. They are excellent. They not only provide for the patients but they also provide for the caregiver. They do a lot of educational kind of things. They do art therapy class, physical therapy, et cetera. There is a support group that I go to once-a-week there. They also do clinical trials. My wife is in her third clinical trial, which probably will be her last with regression because they have nothing that’s curing or helping Alzheimer’s but we feel like we’re trying to do something for future generations with helping that. I have also been trained by them to teach a class for caregivers and taking care of ourselves. I volunteered but they provided the training and all that stuff. I would highly recommend them. The downside is you may have to wait three- or four months to get in to see somebody. They’ve already outgrown their brand new building which they had in 2009.

Aury N Nagy, Md, Faans/ Neurosurgeion
Everything was covered before the surgery. Anesthesiologist, nurse, all the techs involved, and surgeon all came to see me before I went in. I was very nervous and told them so, but they made me feel I was in good hands. The surgery was successful. I was in hospital for 5 days. 3 weeks now after my surgery. So far everything seems to be going as expected. I am well on my feet. Still on pain meds. Dr. Nagy in my opinion is a very confident surgeon and very good at what he does. The incision was very neatly put back together with just a thin line as a reminder of the wound. (I know because I had surgery by another doctor in the same place).
However, if it's bedside manners you are looking for in a doctor, Nagy is not one you would find as the kind, caring and concerned doctor who would listen to you about all your complaints. You sort of have to prepare all your questions and comments in your head so you can get all of them in before he starts to lose interest. He looks around, yawns, stretches, like he's bored of listening to you. He's the same way at the appointments.
His office staff, I have mixed feelings. They are friendly and somewhat professional, but I had so much trouble getting them to call me back to answer my questions after the surgery. I ran out of pain meds and was going through withdrawals already, that I got so upset on the phone with them.
Overall, I felt I was adequately cared for with this doctor. I feel like there's a lot I have to do on my end to be a good patient in order to get the most out of the service they provide.

    Oasis Behavioral Health
I could not get my perscription refilled. Walgreens called on my behalf over 10 times, sent 4 faxes and had his manager called twice. Office just gave the pharmacist the run around and actually got to the point of avoiding his calls once they would find out who it was. Called many times myself to be put on hold then hung up on. Would drive halfway across town for my appt for the office to tell me the doctor was not in when I would get there. That happened twice. I have been to a lot of doctors offices in my life and this is by far the worst I have ever been too. Wouldn't even recommend this place to my enemies.

    Clinical Neurology Specialists
I was referred to CNS by my PCP.  I was offered to go through a series of tests to determine if possible MS diagnosis.  I chose to go forward with it.  The testing process was very good.  I did not wait long at these appointments and everyone was very nice to me.  Dr. Germin is very very good at making what seems like a scary  process ('we will poke you with needles and shock you"), pretty painless.
Overall I would say that for the diagnostics part, he is excellent.
Afterward is where everything fell apart.
I had an appoint for my follow-up (to find out what all the testing revealed)  They apparently did not have my spinal tap results back, but apparently never checked.  Meanwhile I waited two hours or more, and left with nothing.
They were very apologetic at this point.  Promised by the Office Manager that they would get me in the next week at an early appointment so I wouldn't have to wait again. When I hadn't heard from them (they were supposed to call me), five days later, I called them.
My appointment was scheduled a month from my original one and at 3:45 in the afternoon.
I was told by the Officer Manager "don't be late or you will not see the doctor".  That really irked me as I had not been the late one. When I did go for this appointment I still waited another hour or more.
The next catastrophe came when I tried to get the medication I was now going to be taking forever.  It took almost two months because CNS did not provide the specialty pharmacy with needed info.
Next follow-up after a month of taking the meds, I never saw Dr. at all.  I was offered to wait, and chose to see the PA only as the wait would have made this another hours long ordeal.
The PA is much more patient and tends to listen better than Dr. Germin does.
At my last appointment, I did see Dr. Germin, but he was rather dismissive.
My opinion is that he sees way too many patients and just does not have time to listen to one person.  I need an advocate for my health care at this point.  I am not willing, when I have other options, to subject myself to this constant frustration.

    Montevista Hospital
This "facility" should be shut down! Our twelve year old daughter was admitted here for mental health issues. Not only did she not receive ANY mental health help, she was basically babysat. The facility is filthy and the kitchen is horrendous! Insects flying around constantly. We wanted to take her out but was told the insurance company would not pay if we took her out against medical advice. Dr. Kolade does not care about his patients, only the money. Then after she was finally released, which in my opinion they were just keeping her there to bill the insurance to the max, I was taken to a "financial" specialist where I had to pay!! They hadn't billed the insurance company yet, how would they know how much to collect, after refusing to pay I was basically forced to sign a document stating that I may owe "1700.00". And after a couple of days, I checked our explanation of benefits and the hospital bilked the claim under my husband. After several attempts to speak with someone and no returned phone calls my insurance company finally git in touch with someone in the billing department and is now, over a month later bring rectified. This place is a joke, do not waste your time or money
