Provider name locked. OF Provider name locked.
I would like to warn everyone against using this so called companies service or having any dealings with it's owner Provider name locked. .
Mr Provider name locked. has taken two deposits from me ( totaling $3,500 ) and has consistently failed to show up to do the work, he has repeatedly lied to me and also stolen a cupboard door from my kitchen. At the time of writing he is SIXTEEN DAYS late on the agreed delivery date and has thus far not supplied any services for the $3,500 he has stolen from me.
Warning, Mr Provider name locked. is of low intelect, you really need to converse with him like you are talking to a child. He has appalling grammar and can not spell, his wife more often than not acts as him via e mails as she can at least write.
My condo building expressed great concern about Provider name locked. as his company is not licensed and he has insufficient insurance to be able to work in my condo building, I was asked to sign disclaimers to allow him into the building ( not that he ever showed up to do the work )
I am currently taking him thru the small claims court and today started damages action against him also.

  • He is very busy, so I had to wait over 2 weeks to get an appointment (also due to my schedule too). I had multiple projects I needed done at my house .... replace a tile in the bathroom, cut and insert a piece of granite in the kitchen (I already have the granite piece, just need it installed), drywall repair along the window, 2 TV's mounted (already had the hardware, just need them up), extend an entryway (from kitchen to TV room). First concern, there were only 3 projects he felt comfortable doing... drywall patches (which he would have someone else do but he would manage the project) and extend the entryway... and put up the TV's. He didn't feel comfortable doing the tile work of granite piece because he was more of a "carpenter" by trade. I appreciated that he was honest and up front about that, but I do wish I would have called someone that could get all my checklist done instead of dealing with multiple people. Anyways, that's a side note. What really makes me upset is that after our meeting he never even followed up with an estimate. It's been over 2 weeks and no response... no email nor phone call. I wish I would not have wasted either one of our time. I can't deal with contractors that can't even have the respect to follow through - which is extremely difficult to find here in Las Vegas.

  • Provider name locked. has been our go-to handyman for about 2 years now, since we found him on Angie's List.  He gives you a fair price, he's honest, always does a great job, and he doesn't dilly-Provider name locked. or waste any time. I like that attitude that he's like me, efficient and very professional, although it does seem that he's always in a rush and can sound like he's Provider name locked. sometimes.  But we don't stress about it because we know that it's just his accent and the way he speaks, and he is actually nice and funny.
On this job, he came over as we explained to him what we wanted to be done, and so that he can also give his estimate and explanation on how the job will be done.  We still consulted with other providers just to make sure that we are still getting a good price, and were happy to find out that although he wasn't the lowest bid, it was still a fair price, and with Provider name locked. we can make sure that the job is done right the first time.  we've dealt with bad service providers before, and we don't want to deal with those nightmares anymore.
We were able to schedule the job within a week after the estimate, and he was there on time with his partner.  They used electric Provider name locked. , ladders, and plastic to protect other parts of the house including the ground from the dust and paint.  They also used top-quality paint from Provider name locked. .  They even repaired some of my fascia that already had cracks on them, and I thought that I had to totally replace them.
Provider name locked. did a lot of the job himself, while closely supervising and inspecting the work of his partner.  He cares about the quality of their work so he makes sure that it's done right. They also cleaned up after themselves as usual.
He also gave us advice on how to maintain or repair some more things in the house, and advice on which ones are worth repairing or if we are better off replacing them altogether.  Provider name locked. is a top-notch handyman, and we will keep relying on him for multiple things that need repairing or customizing.  We highly recommend him for quality, price, professionalism and reliability!
