  On the first day, everyone was on time and ready to go. While they were working on the driveway I asked if they could also fix the row of pavers, he said yes and gave me a very good price. EVERYTHING was done on time and for the agreed to price. What a concept, a worker that keeps his word.

  Overall it went great! There were a couple issues along the way that were resolved quickly and to my happiness. We live our pool, we use it often. I had a new pool/spa and a full landscape front and back with Anthony & Sylvan. I would highly reccomend John Busbee in the North LV Office for your pool design needs.

  I had Anthony & Sylvan install a pool in my backyard a little over a year ago. Everything from beginning to end was great. My salesman, Dan M. and construction manager, Don F. are great and went above and beyond my expectations. It's been over a year since completion and I love the pool. All my friends and neighbors that have been over are totally amazed by it. It is beautiful. The project was completed in the time promised and when done they cleaned up everything. The only thing I had to do was sit back and relax in my pool when it was done. Anthony & Sylvan also provided Pool School when the pool was up and running. This is a great service and I was told everything I needed to know. They even took pictures of all the valves and where they should be set for normal running and cleaning. If you are thinking about a pool Anthony & Sylvan is the place to go.

  This company is the BEST. They are small and are owned by two brothers (on the mature side, 60ish). Just fantastic people to deal with, and they always bring their best team. I have had them out here for two major projects, and they always show on time, do a beautiful job, and then clean up properly. Then and ONLY then, do they ask if I am happy and would it be okay to settle the bill (they require 50% deposit). For fun, I did a "time-lapse" video of their side concrete (stamped and colored) job (approx 600 sq. ft.). It was just a joy to see how a team of about 8 guys came in and 8 hours later I had an awesome side concrete patio.

  Outstanding. Tim was right on point from start to finish. We got the designs we wanted and the workmanship is of the highest quality. We completely opened up the kitchen by taking down two confining walls from the existing kitchen doubling the square footage. Our sitting room and dining room are now completely open with visibility in all directions. They gave us start and finish dates three months before the March start. They started the date they said they would and finished on the expected finish date. All the subs were superb. Tim has a great crew and they don't run off to other projects like most contractors. Our three bathrooms were totally remodeled to our design removing tubs, enlarging showers, installing a handicap shower just in case and all new cabinets and fixtures. We are extremely happy and would use Tim again in a heartbeat. The cost might look high but there was additional side work like flooring and painting in additional rooms, barn doors etc..

  Absolute Best Concrete is absolutely the best! Jim Cabot was not only professional in giving me an estimate on the services conducted but he was honest and very efficient. He was very thorough, explaining the whole concrete process from prepping, pouring the concrete, and clean up afterwards. Jim and his crew were prompt, on time, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations! We can't even begin to explain how happy we are with the job they did.   They are outstanding. I'm a first time pool owner so I didn't know anything about pool. The design person that we work with was extremely informative. Told us some of the ideas. The design stage was excellent. The construction was excellent. You could see steady progress because they were coming in. The pool was completed towards the end of December. The whole crew was informative. The installation was impressive. It's worth the cost.
