  • We will never be using this horribly run pathetic excuse for a business again. We waited 1.5+ hrs for our car to be "scraped of snow & ice". This place takes your travel itinerary when you leave your car there so they knew what customers would be in, picking up their cars, after landing at MCI. They had the entire sunny day today to clean these cars, dig them out, whatever they needed to do for their customers to be able to go home after a long day of traveling. But nooooo, that would make too much sense, and these people are not very smart or efficient. I really believe they lost my car or my keys (as I've read happens to many people when I read reviews tonight) because lots of customers that came in way after me, waited maybe 35 mins for their car to be brought to them. After I'd been waiting an hour, I saw a pickup truck with a snowblade drive to the back parking lot...obviously had some buried cars of people DUE IN TONIGHT!! Helloooo, Park Air, you KNEW we were coming in tonight! But rather than just being honest with me, they kept ignoring me saying "they're working on it". I'm just waiting for the snow to melt off my car because since I've been home, and reading the horrible Park Air Express reviews, there has been lots of reported damage to cars, interior and exterior. And of course Park Air is ignoring these people's requests for repair costs, not surprising. With Park Air Express of Kansas City, the customer is always WRONG. I've learned my lesson....read reviews before using services!!

  • Would have given a better grade but did not get a confirmation email like they said I would. I had to call 2 times to confirm everything. Called the morning of the day I needed the service and it was a good thing I did as the person who took the order had the wrong pickup address entered. I was supposed to be told who would be picking them up, but never got that information either. Had to call back to get it. Will say once they arrived the driver, Barry, was very polite and personable and did a wonderful job.

  • This shuttle service was never provided. We waited an hour for the van to arrive. We were going the Kansas City Airport for an international connecting flight. The driver (Dina) did not answer the phone, did not respond to texts, and second and subsequent calls had a "message bank full" message - the phone wouldn't ring. Their "no show procedure" was followed: The 888.435.0104 number was never answered despite 20 minutes on hold, a further 30 minutes on hold and another 30 minutes on hold while waiting to board our first flight at the airport. My text message advising "no show" and asking for an explanation was not responded to. Just before getting alternative, emergency arrangements to get to the airport I received a text message: "Thank you for using Superior Shuttle!" Just before arriving at the airport I received another text message: "Your upcoming reservation has been cancelled." My request to refund my payment to my card and provide an explanation has not yet been responded to. It may be the driver and/ or company commits fraud

  • The ride did not show up, after 30 minutes we called, and they said they were 10 minutes away and asked if we still wanted the car. Why would we have scheduled a ride if we did not want it to come? Our guest needed a ride to the airport, and we had to change our plans to drive her there in order for her to catch her flight since the car did not show up.

  • Rented a 24' straight truck from here for 3 days ($89/day + mileage) because I wanted a moving truck with a liftgate to load 8 pallets that were 7.5 feet tall. I put the lift down and put the first pallet on about 5:30 on Friday after they were closed of course. As I lifted it up, it started tilting back and was at an angle of about 50 degrees causing the pallet to almost fall over. They were closed so I couldn't go get another one and I was leaving that night to drive 900 miles. I had to get several people to help hold the pallets and keep them from falling because the faulty liftgate was at such a severe angle. Also had to run straps around the pallets back to the truck trying anything to simple get the pallet on the truck without falling over. Instead of taking what should have been an hour to load 8 pallets has now taken me over 6. I had to do this same thing to unload them as well. When I get back to City Rent A Truck on Monday, I show the rental associate (Scott) the liftgate angle and told him what a pain it was and all of the trouble I had to go through not to mention the safety part of it because their truck was faulty. I asked to talk with the manager there. We went in and I asked the manager if he wanted to see it and he said he was in the middle of something and that he didn't have time for me. At that point the associate goes back to the counter and says he can credit me a whopping $25. When I pleaded that was not enough for all of the trouble it caused me, plus I still needed to rent a big truck 2 more times, he said $30 is all he could do. This is on a $267 rental charge and a total bill of $731.56 with milage charge. That's less than a half of a percent. Scott said he hopes the next rental goes better and I said I'm sure it will because I won't be renting from you, I'm done. I will rent from MHC next time, or anybody else for that matter and I hope you do too. Worse customer service ever! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

  • I hired Pech Limousine for my daughters wedding. We hired a stretch limousine to transport the Bridal Party to the wedding, and also retained the 1954 Bentley to carry the Bride and Groom to their hotel after the reception.  Everything went off without a hitch, the drivers were professional and polite, and the vehicles clean and tidy. The prompt service and caring attitude from the drivers helped make our daughter's special day truly the 'Best Day Ever'!

  • I was quite pleased with the service.  Dale arrived at my home right on time, was very friendly, professional and helpful.  He was driving a Lincoln Town Car Signature L series....the ultimate car (in my not-always-so-humble opinion) for the backseat passenger.  Prior to my return to the US, I had an email from Crown Limo confirming that they would be picking me up and MCI airport and that I would be again seeing Dale's now-familiar face.  He was there waiting for me with a smile, kept me entertained while we awaited my luggage and delivered me safely and uneventfully to my home.
    I do anticipate using Crown Limo again in the future

  • I took a cab with my husband who is ill and then called for a cab to come back home. The cabbie did not offer to load my wheelchair. I am an amputee in a wheelchair and have been having car trouble.  Ever since my car trouble I have used this company without any issues and have spent over $130. He said I didn't ask for assistance.  I have 1 leg and didn't have my crutches with me because I have never needed them before.  Today when I called, they are suddenly unable to transport me; they don't do wheelchair transport per the woman I spoke with.  It is a light weight wheelchair that folds up.  They were able to take my $$ previously - whatever

  • A missed connection and 1 hour 10 minutes notice of a changed flight are not enough to gain an accommodation from Pech, so please take warning that the requirement of 2 hours prior notice in the fine print is enforced rigorously. This was my first - and, sadly, last - experience with Pech. This is not the business partner that I had hoped to find.

  • Return trip not as trouble free as the first ride.  Would use them again.  I would also suggest that you give them as much advance notice as possible to avoid problems such as we had on the return leg.
