  • A tree had broken the window in our garage door and hired him just to try him out because we had such a bad experience with the guy that did our driveway and sidewalk. We hired him on a trial basis and were so happy with the job he did and it was so inexpensive. He was so conscientious that we hired him back a number of times and it was almost we became addicted to him. We pretty much to redo our entire kitchen and paint our Provider name locked. room and kitchen. The neat thing about him is that we have an older house that has a drop down ironing board and he asked us if have an iron and I said we Provider name locked. ?t and he said I did think because most people Provider name locked. ?t anymore. He said I see you cook a lot and I said I did and he asked me if I wanted him to make that into a Provider name locked. rack and I asked him how much and he said $3. IT turned out amazing and he was really creative suggesting improvements, but not being pushy. He is such a down to earth guy and I felt real comfortable leaving him in my house and going out. I couldn?t be happier with him. He is not a licensed electrician, but I had a big hole in my kitchen from where the previous owners were. He put in like an installed microwave for me and sealed and trimmed the hole and put recess lightening in there and I paid about $100 for that. We employed him for almost 2 months. He doesn?t do tile and roofing, but almost anything else he does.

  • On May 18th, 2008, I contacted Provider name locked. to inquire about whether or not they work on Saeco coffee machines as I had found an authorized service repair company however, they had an out of town location and wanted to use a local repair service if possible...the owner, Provider name locked. England, stated that "we fix anything"...he stated they require a deposit of $74.28 to look at the machine and that the monies collected from that will go toward the repair bill, if we decide to go forth with the said repairs...I told him that the machine had a CLOG in the hose as I had spoken at length with the manufacturer regarding my machine and the issues I had encountered. On June 3rd, Provider name locked. stated that they thought it needed a new pump...I knew the pump was working properly as you could hear the pump working just as it always had in the past. I discussed this with them and they stated that that was what they thought the problem was and asked that I have a new pump sent to them...I stated that I would, but I wanted to be sure they kept the old parts...which they conveniently threw out...?? I had a pump sent in at a charge of $69.76 on June 4th. They stated they would re-install the new pump and have it back the following day...the next day I picked up the machine and they actually charged me another $94.73...(with no allowance for the original $74.28 they charged me initially) and the machine still did not work...their "guarantee/warranty" is "30 days for labor and 60 days for parts"... however, Provider name locked. doesn't seem to stand by that "written warranty" at all....So, to make a long story short, we took it in again at his request, and he had the machine for an additional SIX weeks only to tell me it was fixed AGAIN, and we could pick it up...my husband went to get the machine and Mr. Provider name locked. would not release the machine WITHOUT MORE MONEY....he tried to charge my husband an additional $140.00 but my husband refused and ended up being extremely frustrated, disappointed and angry and reluctantly agreed to give him an additional $95.00 just to be FINISHED with this horrible experience...well, we got home and THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK and it is THE SAME ISSUE that we took it in for originally. We feel that a fair and reasonable solution is to get ALL of our money back so that we can send our machine to a reputable company that stands behind their labor and service. At this point, our machine is worthless and we have spent several hundred dollars to get absolutely nothing from Mr. Provider name locked. at Provider name locked. .
